La gran Valentina!!! Excelente, no puede haber otra palabra para calificarla. Llena de conocimientos y humor para transmitirlos. Lo recomiendo absolutamente. Civitatis debería ofrecer la posibilidad al cliente o al menos indicarlo a la hora de reservar, la subida a la cúpula que son 15€ con ascensor y después subes a pie como 200 escalones y las tumbas papales que llevan 5 min y así no tendríamos que contratar otro tour aparte. It may not be possible to change this, but: an early access to the Sistine is made pointless by the time spent in the museum before. By the time we got there, it was hopelessly crowded. It would be better to reverse the touw: go to the chapel first, then the museum. Also, the guide's English was not great, and he needed a better marker than a small blue umbrella - he was ioften invisible.
