Me dieron opciones de un día de billete o de 24h suponiendo que el de 24h era para gastarlo durante ese tiempo y compré este último y cuando llegue al autobús me dijero que era solo por un día y encima me costó más caro que el otro

Mucho tiempo de espera en la mayoría de las paradas. En algunas de ellas (Circo Máximo y Castillo de San Ángel) estuvimos detenidos, esperando la captación de clientes, más de 20 minutos, de manera que el tour se hace aburrido y pesado. También tuve problemas para encontrar los tickets, ya que el enlace desde la App para descargarlos no funcionaba. Solicité ayuda y no obtuve ninguna respuesta. Al final encontré los tickets como un archivo adjunto poco notorio al final del email.

There were long waits at most stops. At some of them (Circus Maximus and San Ángel Castle), we were stuck waiting for over 20 minutes, making the tour tedious and tiresome. I also had trouble finding the tickets, as the download link in the app wasn't working. I requested assistance but received no response. Muy decepcionante. Las paradas están a una cierta distancia de los lugares de interés que anuncian. La parada inicial nos hizo perder más de media hora. Solo nos bajamos en un lugar y nos dijeron que cada 15-20 minutos pasarían de nuevo, pero cuando llegamos de vuelta a la parada nos avisaron de que faltaba más de media hora para que pasara el siguiente. En resumen: teníamos 4 horas en Roma y no fue una buena opción elegir el autobús.

Very disappointing. The bus stops are quite a distance from the attractions they advertise. The initial stop wasted over half an hour. We only got off at one location and were told that buses would come again every 15-20 minutes, but when we returned to the stop, we were informed that it would be more than half an hour before the next bus arrived. In short: we had four hours in Rome, and choosing the bus was not a good idea.

Era el último tour y tenía prisa por acabar y el conductor iba muy deprisa y no se correspondía el audio, con lo que veíamos. Pero las vistas desde el piso de arriba del bus, con los monumentos iluminados y las luces de Navidad lo compensaban

Pésima experiencia , de todos los buses era el que menos pasaba , la línea amarilla no logré pillarla ni una vez en dos días , el primer día dijeron q estaba suspendida , el segundo día simplemente la frecuencia era inexistente. . El segundo día después de esperar media hora ya era el penúltimo bus , en la parada del Vaticano línea roja , el bus chocó y tuvimos que esperar media hora más que no daba para terminar otro recorrido ..
