Non siamo del tutto soddisfatti.la guida(inglese e non italiana come ci aspettavamo)è stata gentile,ma speravamo in un aiuto maggiore per capire le procedure giuste da seguire.Il bagno nel ghiaccio non siamo riusciti a farlo non per timore o freddo ma perché la sauna era lontana dal punto di immersione che abbiamo dovuto raggiungere da soli senza sapere esattamente dove e come immergerci.ci hanno spostato l’orario poco prima (avviso via e-mail) nonostante abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo

Se me cobró la actkvidsd para 2 adultos y un niño de 4 años (100 eurazos en su caso). Sin embargo, para nada está preparado para niños de esa edad. El propio guía nos tuvo q aconsejar que no era una actividsd para un ñiño así. Sólo lo pudo hacer, por tanto, uno de los adultos. Debería haber avisos de edad mínima y, por supuesto, no cobrar por una experiencia que no se podrá hacer
