Over 3 hours, more than 30 international artists, including singers, dancers, and acrobats, will tell the story of the Canary Islands through thrilling choreography and some seriously great music.

This brand-new show is an explosion of rhythm and energy, taking audiences on a journey through the rich cultural mix that defines the islands. You'll discover the island's identity through the 3 continents that shaped it, all wrapped up in a dinner show concept that is dynamic, exciting, and full of surprises.

Your ticket includes an immersive experience in the purest Broadway style, in a space dedicated to celebrating the origins, customs, and traditions of the Canarian archipelago, backed by a spectacular artistic production and incredible audiovisual technology.

The show will plunge you into an all-encompassing visual universe, thanks to over 20 meters of LED screens, state-of-the-art lighting, and special effects that will make for an unforgettable night. All of this in a venue with over 35 years of history.

Ticket Options

During the booking process, you'll get to choose between 3 options, depending on how you would like to enjoy the show:

  • Standard Ticket: If you choose this option, you'll enjoy the show from the general seating area.
  • Standard Ticket + Tasting Menu: With this ticket, you'll be seated in the general seating area and enjoy a delicious tasting menu during the show.
  • VIP Ticket + Tasting Menu: If you're looking for an even more exclusive experience, you can select this option, which includes a tasting menu, and you'll also get to watch the show from preferential seating in front of the stage.

Tasting Menu

The tasting menu is designed by the Canarian chef Andrés Rodríguez and includes 4 dishes:

  • Aperitif: A choice between a spirulina and plantain shot, Gran Canaria cheese with jam made of seasonal fruit and almagrote, pork crackling with sweet potato purée, grilled octopus with avocado mojo, Ferrero-style black pudding from Teror with almonds, or cornmeal 'pan de puño'.
  • Essentials of Creation: Atlantic seabass tiradito with aguachile in mojo picón, black olive soil, and notes of cilantro.
  • Colonisation: Pressed Canarian pork in its own juices, toasted cornmeal, and wrinkled potatoes with green mojo.
  • Origins: Goat's cheese pannacotta with toffee, gofio crumble with mini Indian fig meringues.

Vegetarian, vegan, and children's menus are also available. Please note that drinks are not included.
