At the indicated time, we’ll meet in front of the Shore Hotel on Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica to begin this tour of the best of Los Angeles. Along the way, we’ll share fascinating stories about the City of Angels as we pass through the skyscrapers of Century City.
Our first stop will be the glamorous district of Beverly Hills. Here, you’ll have 30 minutes to take photos by the iconic city sign and stroll along Rodeo Drive, where luxury boutiques will make you feel like a true celebrity. Afterward, we’ll drive along the vibrant Sunset Strip, home to legendary music venues and trendy spots frequented by Hollywood’s elite.
Next, we’ll arrive in Tinseltown, the nickname for the Hollywood district. You’ll have 45 minutes of free time to walk along the Walk of Fame, find your favorite star, and admire the handprints at the TCL Chinese Theatre. The spirit of cinema will surround you at every corner!
Feeling hungry? We’ll continue to The Farmers Market and The Grove, where we’ll stop for 1 hour so you can grab something to eat at your own pace and browse the shops in one of Los Angeles’ most popular areas.
Finally, we’ll pass by Museum Row, Melrose Avenue, and the historic Paramount Studios before reaching the top of the hill: Griffith Observatory. During 30 minutes, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the downtown skyline, the Pacific Ocean, and, of course, the iconic Hollywood Sign.
We’ll then head back to the starting point in Santa Monica, where we’ll say our goodbyes after a total of 5.5 hours.
Griffith Observatory Opening Hours
If you take the tour on a Monday, please note that the interior of Griffith Observatory is closed. However, you’ll still be able to enjoy the exterior and take great photos of the Hollywood Sign. As compensation, you’ll have more free time in Beverly Hills.
