Temporary Exhibitions
During your visit, you’ll be able to enjoy the following temporary exhibitions at the Fotografiska Museum in Stockholm:
Šejla Kamerić
From November 28, 2025 to April 12, 2026. How do women bear the weight of imposed identities and transform them into acts of defiance? What does it mean to be expelled from history, from belonging, from one’s own body? Who were you before the world labeled you and tried to define you? These questions arise from EX YOU, the latest exhibition by Bosnian artist Šejla Kamerić. Born in Yugoslavia, her life and artistic vision have been shaped by war and its lasting impact on identity, displacement, and survival. EX YOU is a powerful and deeply personal exploration of gender roles, memory, and resilience.
Tobias Regell
From November 29, 2025 to April 19, 2026. This is a major retrospective of the career of Tobias Regell, one of Sweden’s most important portrait photographers. Through his timeless black-and-white images, Regell portrays his subjects with unique presence and intimacy.
