Nos sentimos completamente estafados. Un timo. Un dineral para ir de un lugar a otro en metro, con explicaciones del lugar que literalmente apenas duraban 3 min. Luego te llevan a almorzar a un restaurante cuyas opciones son: pollo, pollo o pollo. El único punto a favor, que incluye el sky tree sin colas. Sentimos que perdimos el tiempo contratando esta excursión.

El tour incluía el transporte con bus, fue todo prácticamente a pie . El guía no incluyó los jardines imperiales porque días anteriores alguien sufrió un golpe de calor.Además, el guía hablaba de manera muy rápida con poco tiempo en las paradas para fotos etc. En visita al skytree nos dió las entradas sin explicar absolutamente nada, sin acompañarnos en la visita y sin comentarnos hasta que planta incluía la entrada.

Estoy muy decepcionado con el tour. Inicialmente, el tour incluía transporte privado en autobús, lo que cambió a transporte público (metro y tren) poco antes del inicio, lo que afectó la calidad de la experiencia. I am very disappointed with the tour. Initially, the tour included private bus transportation, which was changed to public transportation (subway and train) shortly before the tour started, which affected the quality of the experience. This tour of Tokyo was one of the best decisions we made upon arrival. This was the first time we were in Japan. Jorge was an incredible guide, helping you understand how to navigate the city and giving you very useful tips for the rest of your trip. Los comentarios grabados en español sólo son dentro del autobús y son pocos. Todo lo demás como indicaciones o información del lugar son en Inglés. Además el aparato de los comentarios no se escucha bien, el audio siempre se escucha cortado o no se escucha nada, pero si tienes suerte tal vez lo oigas bien unos segundos. El guía es amable, los lugares que visitamos son bonitos. Para mí la mejor parte fue la Tokyo Skytree y el recorrido por barco. Pero para hablantes del español no lo recomiendo.

It was the only and worst tour I've taken with you here in Tokyo. First, there were 29 people too many!! Amidst incredible pedestrian traffic and noise. An easy-going guide with no knowledge of the deep history of this city. We didn't go to the Imperial Castle or the Edo gardens. He took the edge off the tour, telling people that the heat was unbearable, and that since we were only going to take a couple of photos, people have fainted while walking before. We didn't go to Shinjuku either.

Esta excursión es una completa y absoluta pérdida de tiempo para el viajero, además de agotadora...es preferible visitar los distintos lugares por tu cuenta...tendrás más tiempo libre y podrás disfrutar más del día...por no hablar del inconveniente que supone que el punto de encuentro sea en una parte de la ciudad y el fin de la excursión en otra parte completamente diferente...Eso sí, felicitar a los guías que en todo momento mostraron su mejor sonrisa, atención y defendieron lo indefendible.

Se ven pocas cosas, varios jardines y un santuario. Andando la mayor parte del tiempo, es igual que un free tour pero pagando. Coges 3 trenes que podrías hacerlo tú perfectamente. El menú vimos el precio, 4,5€ un menú que estaba bueno pero era un lugar normal y corriente. La chica habla castellano perfectamente y es muy amable y da algunos datos curiosos. Sin embargo no deja de ser una actividad que tiempo y coste / beneficio no renta. Aprovecha y ve tu por tu cuenta. No lo recomiendo.

You don't see much, just several gardens and a sanctuary. You walk most of the time; it's like a free tour, but you have to pay. You take three trains, which you could easily do yourself. We saw the price for the menu: €4.50, which was good, but it was an ordinary place. The lady speaks Spanish fluently and is very friendly, providing some interesting facts. However, it's still an activity that's not worth the time and cost/benefit. Take advantage and go on your own. I don't recommend it.

El tour fue aburrido y sin mucho contenido. No se explicó mucha historia de la ciudad ni de les monumentos visitados, nos comentaron más sobre cómo es el día a día en Japón. Aprendimos más en tours de 2h en otras ciudades que este de 9h. No lo recomendaría.

The tour was boring and lacking in much detail. It didn't explain much of the city's history or the monuments we visited; we were told more about everyday life in Japan. We learned more on 2-hour tours in other cities than this 9-hour one. I wouldn't recommend it.

The guide was wonderful, but the tour was nothing interesting. The visits were dull and boring. Lots of buses, no specific stops, just seen in passing. The places were nothing interesting, except for a sanctuary. The price was too high for what was booked. A lot of wasted time. Sorry. Not recommended at all.
