Utila Sunset Boat Ride
Activity Details
After meeting at the indicated time in front of the Caribbean Dreams apartments, we'll hop on a boat and begin this cruise around the coast of Utila. All aboard!
In a short time, we'll reach the mangrove channels, which serve as a natural barrier for the protection of the island. We'll enter an enclave where the intertwined roots form tunnels of dense vegetation above us. We'll see the seabirds that fly over this area in search of food and, if we're lucky, we'll see some crabs and reptiles deftly climbing the branches.
Then, we'll pass under the bridge that connects parts of the island, crossing over to a second lagoon, where we'll discover more wildlife. As we head out to the open sea again, we'll feel the ocean open up before us in the calm of the sunset.
We'll reach a strategic point to anchor for a moment, enjoy a dip and watch the sun set over the Honduran Caribbean. At this point, if you wish, we'll give you some snorkelling goggles so that you can enjoy the underwater landscapes of Utila. It will be a magical experience!
Finally, we'll return to the starting point, where we'll say goodbye after 2 hours of cruising.
