Ha sido una visita genial, la guía nos ha encantado, lo ha explicado todo muy bien y si tuviéramos que hacer otra visita guiada nos gustaría mucho que fuera con la misma guía . La guia, Lucia estuvo genial, se ve que le gusta y sabe mucho de su trabajo, nos hizo todo facil y ameno, a la vez que fue muy interesante. Pero por el precio de la ruta, debería de incluir como minimo las terrazas de San Marcos, en lugar de la fabrica de cristal debería Murano. Nos fuimos un poco disgustados por no poder subir a la terraza de la basílica y ver la plaza desde arriba

La actividad empezó tarde. Una pareja quedó sin poder entrar en la basílica, y los demás lo hicimos 45 minutos tarde esperando a ver si se solucionaba el problema. La guía muy borde nos indicó que había que dejar de ver muchas cosas porque le pagaban dos horas y no era culpa de ella, y nos llevó a la carrera literalmente. Muy mal gestionado

Después de coger las entradas con antelación, desde esta aplicación, la organización fatal, no pudimos entrar a la Basílica porque se le olvidó darme las entradas impresas a la guía, nos lo tuvieron que cambiar por otro día, después todo se hizo muy rápido casi sin darnos tiempo a disfrutar del palacio, horrible, no volveré a comprar nada por esta aplicación, después de perder más de una hora de nuestro tiempo la guía con mucha prisa y nos hicieron perder otra mañana para poder ver la basílica.

Foi a pior experiência! Uma das pessoas do tour teve problemas com o ingresso e o grupo ficou 45min esperando resolver a situação. O tour de 2h virou 1h foi corrido e pularam várias etapas. No final mandaram a gente ir sozinho pra fabtica de vidro mas chegando lá fomos enxotados por nso estar em um grupo e bso deixaram a gente passar na porta. Tentei diversas vezes falar com a agência e ninguém respondeu nada sobre o ocorrido. Nso tivemos nenhum suporte.

Lamentamos que nosso fornecedor local não tenha conseguido prestar o serviço reservado com a qualidade habitual. Pedimos desculpas pelo ocorrido e informamos que já providenciamos uma compensação adequada.

La visita a la Basílica de San Marcos, fue un visto y no visto, demasiado rápida, una verdadera lastima, se necesitaba un poco más de tiempo, ese fue el comentario de todo el grupo. El Palacio Ducal, bien, interesante. La fábrica de cristal, era en realidad un comercio de cristal de Murano, en el que te hacen una demostración de como trabajan el cristal, luego un trabajador del comercio, explica distintas piezas de cristal y a la tienda. Se puede mejorar bastante la visita.

The visit to St. Mark's Basilica was a breeze, too quick, a real shame, it needed a little more time, that was the comment of the entire group. The Doge's Palace was fine, interesting. The glass factory was actually a Murano glass shop, where they give you a demonstration of how glass is made, then a shop worker explains different pieces of glass, and then we go to the shop. Me cambiaron el horario 3 veces previo al momento de la excursión. Llegue en el horario del último mensaje recibido y la excursión había empezado 30 minutos antes. Es ridículo. No pueden ser tan desordenados. La guía le puso ganas. Pero hablaba muy mal español. Deja mucho que desear todo….
