arrivata sul posto alle 10, prenotazione attività alle 11, giro tutto il porto (7 px) per trovare la barca di riferimento all'attività, nessuno riconosce la prenotazione, alla fine, un autista capisce, li chiama e mi sento dire che erano partiti alle 10, dimenitcandosi della mia prenotazione. mi dicono di tornare il gg dopo, rifiuto categoricamente e allora mi propongono lo stesso gg ma alle 13, ben 2 ore dopo la mia prenotazione. servizio pessimo

Me encanto lo que fue la experiencia, porque es hermoso de visitar , pero esperaba un barco mas pequeño , habia mucha gente, y era grande el barco , de resto estuvo bien , vimos las tortugas , logramos hacernos dos baños y el servicio fue excelente . A la hora estábamos en el lugar y nadie conocía a esa empresa. No había ningún responsable durante los 30 minutos que estuvimos buscando la parada concreta. Los otros operadores no ayudaron y SOBRETODO UNA VERGÜENZA, ERAMOS 8 PERSONAS más dos que también se habían quedado tirados. No hemos recibido ninguna no llamada ni aclaración sobre si era otra hora o lugar.

Within an hour we were in the place and nobody knew that company. There was no person in charge during the 30 minutes that we were looking for the specific stop. The other operators did not help and ABOVE ALL A SHAME, WE WERE 8 PEOPLE plus two who had also been stranded. It went really bad. Very bad organization of the transfer. They made us wait for 2 hours, when if they had said so, we could have taken a taxi. After the tour on the boat, which was especially for seeing turtles and we only saw one and they didn't bother to see more. When we got back to land, we didn't have the transfer and nobody could tell us anything, well the drivers spoke English. We almost missed the cruise. We arrived much later than departure time.

Notre activité était prévu à 11h. Le jour même, à 10h30, j’ai reçu un message pour me dire que l’activité était reporté à 13h. Ce n’est pas admissible sachant que nous avions un ferry à prendre juste après. Nous avons quand même pu réaliser l’activité mais le bateau n’est parti qu’à 13h30 au final. Bruit du moteur beaucoup trop fort. Arrêt de 10min pour nager, puis même pas 1h sur l’île des tortues. Nous sommes revenu à 16h ce qui ne ne fait pas 3h d’activité. Une tortue vue de loin.

Buenas tardes, La empresa no estaba en el punto y hora acordado porque había salido una hora antes de lo acordado. No responden al telefono y desde civitatis no han sido capaces de ofrecer una solución. Esprero que nos devuelvan el.dinero y nos compensen las molestias, hemos tenido.que coger dos taxis adicionales al haber perdido el bus contratado y no hemos podido comer en el restaurante reservado. Quedamos a la espera de su respuesta.
