Brazilian Cooking Class
Brazilian Cooking Class
You can’t fully understand a destination without discovering its cuisine. We’ll meet at number 44 Alameda Riachuelo, where we’ll take part in a Brazilian cooking class in Foz do Iguaçu. Ready to get started?
Once everyone has arrived, we’ll meet the professional chef who will guide us throughout the experience. First, you’ll be welcomed with a drink and snacks, the perfect way to begin. Meanwhile, we’ll talk about the main ingredients used in Brazilian cuisine, getting familiar with them and learning about their properties and characteristics.
Next, we’ll begin a caipirinha workshop, one of Brazil’s most typical drinks. During the class, you’ll learn useful techniques to prepare a caipirinha, ideal for making at home. Achieving the right balance between sweetness, acidity, and the correct amount of cachaça is key.
After this first part, we’ll start preparing a three-course Brazilian meal. The recipes may vary depending on the season, although moqueca, cheese bread, or brigadeiros are usually included.
To finish, we’ll sit down to enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared, completing this full immersion into Brazilian culture.
3 hours later, we’ll say our goodbyes, and you’ll receive the recipes in digital format so you can recreate everything at home.
