At the indicated time, we'll meet at Xoul Art & Mezcal, in the heart of Valladolid, to begin an experience that goes far beyond a simple mezcal tasting. Get ready to discover the soul of this emblematic drink!
For 45 minutes, we'll delve into the fascinating world of mezcal by tasting five carefully selected artisanal varieties. Each one will tell you a different story about the regions of Mexico, the traditional production methods and the mezcal-making families who have preserved this legacy for generations.
Throughout the tasting, you'll learn to identify unique aromas, flavours and nuances, while discovering curiosities about the distillation process, the types of agave used and the deep cultural symbolism that surrounds this drink—a true celebration of Mexican identity!
We'll also complete the experience with a signature cocktail specially designed to highlight the versatility of mezcal in contemporary cocktails. A modern toast that pays homage to the roots of this millenary drink. Cheers!
