Depending on the time you have selected to set sail, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Bali, and from there, we'll take you to the port of Padang Bai, where you'll board a speedboat to the famous Gili Islands. There, we'll give you your tickets and help you board. You'll arrive on Gili Trawangan or Gili Air in the most comfortable way!

Not quite sure which island to go to? The Gili Islands are three small, paradisiacal islands just off the northwest coast of Lombok. With this transfer service, you can choose which one you want to get off on. Gili Trawangan is the largest and most popular of the islands in the archipelago, known for its nightlife. On the other hand, Gili Air is a popular destination for couples and newlyweds looking for a romantic getaway.
During the booking process, you can opt for different ticket options.
Ticket Without Transfer
You can choose a one-way ticket that does not include pickup at your hotel.
In this case, if you choose the speedboat that departs at 9:15 am, you'll need to head to the port of Padan Bai on your own between 8:30 am and 8:45 am. Please note the following times:
- Arrival at Gili Trawangan will be between 10:45 am and 11 am
- Arrival at Gili Air will be between 11 am and 11:15 am
If you have selected the speedboat that departs at 2 pm, you'll need to head to the port of Padan Bai on your own between 1:15 pm and 1:30 pm. Please note the following times:
- Arrival at Gili Trawangan will be between 2:45 pm and 3 pm
- Arrival at Gili Air will be between 3 pm and 3:10 pm
Ticket With Regular Transfer
In this case, you can book a one-way ticket that includes a regular transfer, in other words, a shared transfer with other passengers.
If you choose the speedboat that departs at 10 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel between 7 am and 7:30 am. Please note the following times:
- Arrival at Gili Trawangan will be at 11:30 am
- Arrival at Gili Air will be at 12 pm
If you choose the speedboat that departs at 1:30 pm, we'll pick you up at your hotel between 10:30 and 11 am. Please note the following times:
- Arrival at Gili Trawangan will be at 3 pm
- Arrival at Gili Air will be at 3:30 pm
Pickup Areas
This transfer includes pickup in the following areas in Bali: Ubud, Sanur, Candidasa, Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, and Jimbaran. If you're staying outside of these areas, we'll contact you to offer an alternative.
Ticket With Private Transfer
This option allows you to book a one-way ticket that includes a private transfer just for your group.
If you choose the speedboat that departs at 9:15 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel between 7 am and 7:30 am.
If you choose the speedboat that departs at 2 pm, we'll pick you up at your hotel between 10:30 am and 11 am.
Pickup Areas
This transfer includes pickup in the following areas in Bali: Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, Sidemen, and Candidasa. . If you're staying outside of these areas, we'll contact you to offer an alternative.
Return Ticket to Bali
If you prefer, you can book the option that includes a return transfer to Bali. In this case, on the day of your return, you'll need to head to the ticket booth of the port of Gili Air or Gili Trawangan, as appropriate. Please note that on the Gili Islands there are no motorized vehicles as they are prohibited. This is why pickup is not possible for hotels in Gili for the transfer to the port.
During the booking process, you'll need to indicate the day you want to return, as long as it's not the same day you have booked your one-way ticket. Once you have chosen your return date, you cannot change it.
You'll also need to book a return time, which may vary depending on availability. However, departure time from the Gili Islands will always be between 9:30 am and 3:10 pm.
Once you have disembarked in Bali, we'll take you to your hotel (only for options with a transfer, regardless if they are a regular or private transfer) o you can stay in the port.
Important Info
- The round-trip option is not available on the same day, so you'll need to spend at least one night in the Gili Islands.
- The return to Bali should be at least one day before taking any international flight or returning to the destination of origin, since there can be delays due to the traffic in the port or poor weather conditions.
