Il mercato galleggiante e il mercato del treno, sebbene ormai poco frequentate da locali e quasi esclusivamente da turisti, sono 2 attrazioni imperdibili di Bangkok e dintorni. Consigliabile arrivarci con un'escursione guidata perché sono distanti 95 km dal centro di Bangkok, per essere sincronizzati con il passaggio del treno al Mae Khlong railway market e anche perché spesso la guida è un valore aggiunto per le informazioni che può fornire, come nel nostro caso la bravissima Tammy.
It was amazing. Our guide, Bell, was a very nice guy. He explained a lot of history from the beginning. 1767 is an important date in Ayutthaya era/history. The driver drove safely. Bell took photos of us. We saw the royal palace and 4 temples. One very famous for the Buddha in the tree, another one had a reclining Buddha. Our guide also explained some things about Buddhism and how everyone can apply it in their lives. I even felt the energy, the silence, the soul trip. Definitely recommend it.
