I've booked a cruise in Norvegian's fjords. About 300 euros. I've paid and I've received confirmation for the reservation... but I never received the ticket. The day we Went on the boat, we were asked to pay again... The guy from the boat company told us that this was not the first time it happens. Not profesionnal at all !

The experience was terrible, the ferry tickets never arrived, the Wow A Tour was a disaster, I'll never buy another excursion from them.

Demasiado caro

First of all, the provider never sent us the tickets, and we were lucky to be allowed on the boat. The journey makes many stops. It's nice to see some towns up close, but it's not specified in the description. The boat has very little open space to view the landscape, and even with a glass roof, it doesn't give the same feeling. There's nothing in Flåm… the interesting thing is to take the train, but if you book a return ticket with CiVitatis, you won't have time to do this. Too expensive.

Translate this opinion into English.

I do not recommend it, too much of a trip to spend 2 hours in Flam, too expensive for the experience, you don't have information in Spanish and the crew is completely ignorant of it, bad experience. The ferry is modern and has good facilities, clean.

Mal.

Bad. We started having problems boarding, as they did not send us the original vouchers despite requesting them. In addition, Civitatis charged us more than double the original price charged by the ferry company in Norway, we were able to verify this with the station staff and on the website, as we did not believe it. In other words, they do not have the official price as stated on the website. Terrible experience with Civitatis.

Translate this opinion into English.

We are sorry for any organisational issues that may have arisen regarding the exchange of vouchers. Furthermore, on our website we always offer the same price as our local supplier. However, we are unaware of any temporary offers or prices from other companies in the sector. We will take your comments into account to continue improving in this regard. Opinion translated.

To start with, the tickets did not arrive and they let us board the ferry out of shame...not knowing if we would be able to return on the way back having paid for the round trip. Civitatis thanked us for getting in touch and told us that they would try to contact the provider...we are still waiting for a response. In desperation at not being able to resolve the situation, I contacted the provider, but they quickly sent us the return tickets. Our rating is bad.

Translate this opinion into English.

We apologize for the inconvenience and regret not being able to give you an immediate response. Our reservations department also contacted the supplier and asked them to send the tickets as soon as possible. Fortunately, they were able to send you the voucher through the direct contact information available in your reservation information. We apologize for the inconvenience. Opinion translated. Nul. Do NOT order via Civitatis, they don’t send you the tickets and the provider only reads and doesn’t answer, I lost 600€.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

Being a company that speaks both Norwegian and English, we didn't understand much. The PA system simply announced the ports in the fjords where we were stopping and little else. Opinion translated. Show original.
