A typical boat trip, nothing special. The audio guide is through an app you have to download to your phone. Luckily, after reading other reviews, I was advised to bring headphones. However, the boat moves at its own pace, and the explanation follows suit, so you're not entirely sure what you're seeing matches what's being described on the app.

The audio guide leaves a lot to be desired. Not intuitive and the things are not organized as you see them. The good thing is that you can get off in Portugalete on the way there and get back on the return trip. Personally, we got off in Portugalete on the way back and from there we took the metro to return to Bilbao.

Good but it lacked some information, at least about the most important places the boat passed by. The scanning is necessary, and if you don't have headphones, you miss out. They should provide headphones, and with the two speakers the boat had, they could have explained a bit more. Overall, it could be better organized.

The good thing is that the boat arrived on time. After our first reservation was cancelled, I changed it for an earlier one. I also had to change another city tour reservation because otherwise, they wouldn't fit together. The boat is bad. There's no seating at the bow, and at the stern, there's only room for four people, and the sun is harsh on the outbound journey. The view from inside is poor because there are tables; those facing the back have windows that open, but those facing forward have fixed windows, so you can barely see.

A rather unremarkable activity. The boat simply goes back and forth along the river. An audio guide is offered, but they don't tell you it's a QR code that leads to explanations on a website (in several languages). Unfortunately, they don't warn you in advance that it requires a roaming subscription and that you need to bring your own headphones. It's very difficult to synchronize the audio with the buildings you pass along the way.

The trip and the route were wonderful, the weather was perfect because it wasn't hot, it was a lovely coolness, and the captain was very professional and attentive, helping us get on. We enjoyed it immensely, we saw and learned...everything was beautiful, so much greenery...I loved it, thank you again for the organization and for new opportunities...Best regards.

The views were very beautiful, but it gets a bit tedious. It makes several stops where you don't get off the boat. We didn't really understand why, since no one explains anything. We really missed having a short explanation or a video, because the boat starts moving and no one says a word. According to the signs we read, they offer you an audio guide to download, which explains practically nothing, and you have to play the videos yourself as you see the monuments.

Translate this opinion into English.

Pretty good but could be improved; they should inform and advise people to bring headphones for their mobile phones, otherwise it was impossible to hear anything due to the noise of the boat's engine. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was very good, although headphones would have been useful for listening to the explanations. Since we planned to go down the Algorta, we didn't do the return trip and just stayed at the port. Opinion translated. Show original.
