A truly wonderful experience and highly recommended. The spa is beautiful, the facilities are spectacular, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself. It was one of our favorite experiences of our trip to Budapest. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was very well organized, and we had a fantastic time. We would definitely do it again.

The Széchenyi Baths are beautiful and well worth a visit for their pools, saunas, and spectacular building. However, they need more maintenance, and the changing rooms, which are outdated and overcrowded, need renovation. They don't rent or provide towels; you have to buy them for €35-45, an unexpected expense on top of the already expensive entrance fee. Furthermore, the service at the gift shop was unfriendly. Overall, a pleasant experience, but one that could be improved, and there was insufficient information about additional costs.

Magnificent spa. Perfect for hours of enjoyment. The cabin rentals are great. However, the staff are unfriendly and completely unprofessional in the hospitality sector: careless (the buffet staff eat while serving you, stick their fingers in the glasses...), and unfriendly (the very flashy waitress at the terrace bar won't put her phone down even when you sit down, and when she finally decides to serve you, she says she's out of food despite a sign offering several dishes...). And the buffet food is awful.

Nada especial.

Nothing special. Packed, even though it was a Monday morning, not a single sun lounger free. Total overcrowding. We enjoyed the experience for an hour in the outdoor thermal baths. The indoor baths are not at all inviting, and the sauna was beyond overcrowded. The building and its history are very cool; that's the only thing worth seeing.

Translate this opinion into English.

Special... Considering my many (and varied) experiences at thermal spas, aside from the outdoor bath being closed for maintenance... the lack of staff or information to help navigate the numerous corridors, changing rooms, baths, saunas, steam rooms, etc., would have been much appreciated. Fortunately, with a good sense of humor, we enjoyed a "rock & roll" or "Popular Thermo" atmosphere. Nothing relaxing, given the boisterous crowd. In short, we had a good time. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

The outdoor pools are very nice; you can tell they're clean. However, I wouldn't recommend the indoor pools. Except for two or three that were decent, the rest were disgusting to get in. There was snot and hair floating in them, they smelled bad, and both the water and the pool structure were dirty. The rest of the facilities (changing rooms, showers, restrooms) were fine. It's a pretty fun activity to spend the day, but you have to go before 10:00 because it gets very crowded after that time. Opinion translated. Show original.

The building where the spa is located is very beautiful and definitely worth seeing. However, the hot tub is so crowded that it's difficult to enjoy it. I personally much preferred the large swimming pool, but it was just an ordinary pool, really. If you only have a few days in Budapest, I don't think it's a must-see.

Lo recomiendo Translate this opinion into English.

The spa is amazing, with many rooms featuring indoor pools, and the outdoor pools are large. There's a central swimming pool, a side pool with very warm thermal water, and another side pool with a fun rapid water feature. It needs some renovations both inside and out, but it's still beautiful. I recommend it. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activities and facilities are fine, but the relaxation areas and indoor pool leave much to be desired. Although the water was clear, everything looked a dirty green. For the price they charge, it could be in much better condition. I didn't take a picture out of embarrassment.

From a booking perspective, everything was perfect, and entry went smoothly. Personally, I was disappointed with the spa. Perhaps we chose a hot day. There weren't enough loungers or chairs, and little shade except near the building, with umbrellas only at the bar.

The visit to the spa was fantastic. I was a bit stressed about my goggles; I need them for everything and didn't know how to manage. However, the spa has excellent lockers for storing anything. This way, I was able to wear them even when I went into the water. I highly recommend the visit. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The spa is super cool, really nice to spend the whole day there, definitely worth it. The pools are great and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Everything is very relaxing. When booking through this website, it seems like the tickets aren't arriving and we panicked a bit, but the staff at the entrance find the name you need to put in the email so the QR code appears, and it's great. You don't need a swimming cap if you're not going swimming. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We had no problems at all; we got in perfectly using the QR code that was sent to our email. The experience is worthwhile, even though the indoor pools are in worse condition. The outdoor pools are very nice, in better condition, and clean. It's true that it was crowded and hot—it was July. In fact, I hesitated about making the reservation, but I'm glad we had the experience and I highly recommend it; it's one of those things you have to do. We went as a family, and it was fun. Demasiado lleno.

It's a very touristy place, so the word "spa" is a bit of an exaggeration. The place is more like a municipal swimming pool with fountains and water jets, perfect for a family day out—not a spa for relaxation. I suppose things change if you pay extra for the private spas. But for what we paid, it seemed excessive. We were only there for two hours because there was nowhere to sit or even space in the pools. It was way too crowded.

Translate this opinion into English.

The place itself was a bit of a disappointment. We saw a lot of neglect in the pool area, like they just threw something in there, bits of "something" in the water, and black mold on the steps—that was the most noticeable thing. The location has its charm, but when you've been to spas like the one in Archena, Murcia, well... your expectations are set very high, and few things can surprise you.

Translate this opinion into English.

We went in the afternoon and it was very good. They are not overcrowded. It is true that the water smells a bit bad in the indoor pools, and it seems a bit dirty, but I suppose that's normal. The best pool is the outdoor medicinal one. I didn't use the saunas because I don't like them. The downside is that there is no one to enforce the rules: loose hair on women and men, people come in with flip-flops, they shout... but that's tourism... Opinion translated. Show original.

The purchase of tickets and access with the online ticket was good and convenient. It's a pity that with these tickets you can't pay an extra fee to rent a cabin.
