Organizzazione eccellente: dall'arrivo alla partenza il personale di Civitatis (Mohamed Shoieb, Mohamed Hiba e tutti gli altri) e le eccellenti guide (Kamel, Mohamed A. Abbasy, Ibrahim) ci hanno letteralmente fatto da scorta. Hotel al Cairo così così, nave Princess Sara ottima, nave Steigenberger Omar El Khayam persino lussuosa. Pasti quasi sempre molto buoni. Bien en general. Lo mejor, los guías. Cuando llegamos a El Cairo, teníamos una conexión con un vuelo a Luxor justo después. Nos dijeron que iba a haber un representante de Civitatis ayudándonos con los visados y con la conexión, pero no había nadie. Cuando nos llevaron del aeropuerto de El Cairo al hotel, el represente de Civitatis (Sayed) nos hizo pagarle nosotros la propina al conductor. Esto nos extrañó mucho, ya que creíamos que teníamos todas las propinas incluidas.

-La calidad del primer barco no era, ni mucho menos, la exigida ni la pagada. Nosotros habíamos pagado para una calidad superior. La calidad del segundo barco (Lago Nasser) si era la correcta. -Al final no hicimos ninguna de las dos visitas nocturnas programadas, se anularon las dos sin previo aviso. La organización deja mucho que desear, te piden propina cuando en teoría va todo incluido, estas 10 minutos en cada sitio al que visitas porque no hay tiempo y literalmente te dicen venga la foto y nos vamos. Te llevan a tiendas en las que tienen cierta comisión y ahí te tiras una hora(tiempo no empleado en templos), me han roto la maleta, me he quedado sin hacer una de las actividades. El barco en el nilo deja mucho que desear, y no te acompañan como dicen, en muchas ocasiones te dejan solo.

Experiencia peor de lo esperado y en momentos desagradable. Si escoges este viaje, ármate de paciencia, respira hondo y trata de disfrutar. Para el equipo local eres una vaca lechera a la que marear y exprimir. Dejan las reservas para el último minuto y eso se traduce en aceptar hoteles y barcos muy por debajo de lo pagado. Falta de información y planificación. Lo peor es la impotencia de sentirse timado y no poder pedirle a nadie explicaciones o reclamar. Todo muy frustrante y mejorable.
