Campo Grande Private Tour
Private Tour Details
At the designated time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Campo Grande and embark on a private tour to explore the rich culture and history of the “Brown City.” Along the way, we’ll make stops at its most significant landmarks.
Our journey begins in the city center, where we’ll visit the Cathedral of Nossa Senhora da Abadia and Santo Antônio, the first church in Campo Grande. From there, we’ll travel along Rua 14 de Julho, passing by Ary Coelho Square and the New Clock, a site recognized as Cultural Heritage of the Municipality.
As we continue, we’ll pass key locations such as Dom Bosco College (UCBD), the Railway Complex and Station, the Central and Tourist Fair, the House of the Chief Engineer, and the MS Historical and Geographical Institute.
Next, we’ll make a stop at the Maria Fumaça Monument, a tribute to the city’s railway history and the immigrants who came here seeking a better life. We’ll then explore São Francisco Church, Orla Morena, Cabeça de Boi, and Cuiabá and Araras Squares, the latter famous for its striking Macaw statues.
Moving forward, we’ll pass by the Military Hospital and the Brazilian Army Village, near the Church of Nossa Senhora do Perpétuo Socorro, the patron saint of Mato Grosso do Sul. Our route along Rua 26 de Agosto will take us to the confluence of the Segredo and Prosa rivers, as well as the Carro de Boi Immigrants Monument.
Before concluding the tour, we’ll stop at Mercadão, where you can browse for souvenirs and local products. To wrap up, we’ll pass by the Figueiras Indianas, the Obelisk, City Hall, and finally, the Parque das Nações Indígenas, a beautiful urban park reflecting the region’s indigenous heritage.
After 3 hours of exploring Campo Grande, we’ll return you to your hotel, leaving you with a deeper appreciation of the city's history and vibrant culture.
