Nice experience. The lakes are amazing and our guide Santiago was so nice. We appreciated we had some free time around the lakes. There is no need of trekking shoes unless you want to explore some trails, because the trail done with the guide was comfortable with sneakers. We had half an hour at the beginning of the day to buy souvenirs in a very nice shop. The fact that we hiked right after lunch was a bit uncomfortable, but we know it's because the timetable to access the park is very strict.
Great guides, incredible views. Was nice to give the hiking legs a break.
I can only recommend a tour through the bay of Santander. Great views of the city from the water!!! Although the information on board was only in Spanish, I enjoyed every minute of it.
