I was the only person needing English translation as every tone else understood Spanish. The guide did not do a good job at all in translating each commentary into English, and there were times where the other tour participants had to remind him to do so. Also, he spent way too much time at the Fort, and not enough in the Old City area. Very underwhelmed with the tour guide, although the sites were beautiful.

We can confirm that the contents were imparted in full in both languages. Even so, we deeply regret if you felt neglected at any moment. We have already informed the guide so that he'll consider the comments.

Un tour un poco caótico, mal organizado.no se cumplen los horarios, vas de cabeza todo el rato. Las explicaciones "históricas" han brillado por su ausencia. Elegimos este tour por aprender más sobre la historia de Cartagena de Indias y no hemos aprendido NADA. Estamos especialmente sorprendidos por el hecho de que no se haya mencionado nada sobre el Sitio de Cartagena y la figura tan relevante para Cartagena de Indias de Blas de Lezo. Más que un tour con explicación, ha sido un paseo.

El guía es muy amable y en nuestro caso son muy puntuales. El problema es el nivel de conocimiento de los guías, no cuentas la historia de la ciudad de Cartagena, se ve que dicen las 4 cosas que tienen memorizadas (mayoritariamente incorrectas) y no tienen mucha idea del resto. Es bastante triste la verdad....

The guide did his best speaking both English and Spanish and trying to keep the group organised and the driver was a professional but I would not recommend this tour overall, it's a bit of a waste of time, as it is organized in a very inefficient way. First it takes forever to go through traffic with a very unnecessary stop to take the pictures of the sea side, monastery and fort were ok, then we wasted 40 min at shopping centre and had a quick run across historic center. Disappointing

El Sr Álvaro muy atento, no obstante ya que el tour solo dura 2:40min debería de al menos dar tiempo para que en el fuerte de San Felipe tengamos 20min para recorrer por nuestra cuenta, habían determinados puntos a los que me hubiese gustado ir a ver las vistas, pero todo iba tan rápido, que ni tiempo de ello hubo. No se subió al convento la popa por un acto que había el día 28 de enero, nos llevaron a otro lugar, un monasterio y explicaron para lo que se había usado.
