Located inside the iconic Willis Tower, Color Factory is an interactive museum designed to awaken the senses and celebrate the diversity of color. Throughout its 14 immersive installations, you'll be immersed in a space designed by local and international artists that invites you to play. The most fun thing to do in Chicago!
What's more, the experience is designed so that you don't have to worry about a thing: the visit includes small surprise gifts, sweets, and a digital photo system scattered throughout the rooms so that you have the perfect souvenir of your visit to this multicolored universe.
The experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Rooms & Experiences
During your visit, you'll explore the following rooms and experiences, all designed to awaken your senses:
- Shades of Green: immerse yourself in a 240 m² (2,583 ft²) sea of more than 200,000 green balls, a fun tribute to the Chicago River during St. Patrick's Day. It even has two slides!
- Confetti Room: experience a true visual feast in this installation inspired by the Chicago flag, where a shower of colorful confetti will envelop you completely.
- Night Woods: walk through a unique immersive forest, created with more than 16 km (9.9 mi) of colored ribbons that offer a fascinating visual and tactile experience.
- Mirror Maze: test your perception in this mirror maze designed to confuse your senses with reflections and flashes of color.
- Windy Balloon Room: living up to the nickname "the Windy City," this room is filled with balloons that float constantly thanks to air currents, creating a perfect environment for play.
- Taste of the Theater: participate in a "theater for the mouth," an interactive tasting where, through viewers, you'll learn to pair surprising flavors with different colors.
- Scent Wall: what does Chicago smell like? On this interactive wall, you can discover iconic fragrances of the city, from the sweet aroma of popcorn to the famous deep-dish pizza.
- Connect and Create: a guided activity designed to foster human connection through drawing exercises and shared creativity with your companions.
- Color Horoscope: discover your personal color and its meanings based on your date of birth, according to Michele Bernhardt's astrology system.

A - Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. As well as that, to access the venue, at least one person in the group must have an ID card or passport that matches the name on their ticket.
