Puerto Iguazu Day Trip
Puerto Iguazu Day Trip
Meet us at the Centro Comercial Shopping del Este shopping center, and from here, we'll kick off our tour from Paraguay into Argentina's Puerto Iguazu town.
Upon arrival at the village in the Misiones province, our first stop is the Aripuca Tourist Complex. Here, we'll see a replica of a giant aripuca, the traditional wooden trap used by the local Guarani people for hunting birds and monkeys. Additionally, you'll have the chance to explore various instruments and artisanal objects crafted by the indigenous population.
Leaving behind the complex, we'll then head to Culturas Park Iguazu. This park features three immersive spaces with distinct themes. First, we'll explore the traditional craftsmanship of the region, and then, in the second space, we'll delve into objects that have been brought to the region from the East.
We'll continue our visit to the Culturas Park Iguazu and get to know the third space home to the Mineral Museum, a space dedicated to local jewelry. The park also boasts a Japanese Garden where you can stroll through the grounds at your own pace.
Finally, from Culturas Park Iguazu, we'll leave Argentina behind to return to Paraguay, arriving back at the meeting point about 4 hours later.
