At your chosen time, we'll meet at the Palacio de los Frijoles restaurant and hop into a vehicle that'll take us to an area near the Calderas River. Let's go!
Once we're on the riverbank, the guide will give us a brief safety talk with some guidelines on how to use the equipment we'll be given.
Let the adventure begin! We'll climb into our rafts and start making our way down the Calderas River amid rapids, whirlpools and rough waters with drops of up to 5 feet (1.5 metres).
During our 3-hour rafting route, we'll admire the most beautiful scenery in Antioquia. Crystal-clear water, towering mountains and different species of birds and plants await!
When we're at the halfway point of our activity, we'll stop in a quiet area to have a drink and a snack. You'll also be able to relax and take a refreshing swim in the river during this break.
We'll continue rafting until we get to the bridge of the Samaná River, where a minibus will be waiting to take us back to the meeting point.
After an unforgettable 4 hours, we'll finish our activity at the Palacio de los Frijoles.
