El paseo ha estado bien, pero las audioguías son en inglés y es recomendable hacerlo a primera hora del día o ya por la noche cuando se ponga el sol, porque si lo haces entre las 4 y las 7 de la tarde te puede pegar el sol de frente todo el trayecto y resulta muy molesto.

The walk was good, but the audio guides are in English and it's recommended to do it early in the morning or at night when the sun is setting, because if you do it between 4 and 7 in the afternoon, the sun can hit you directly the entire way, which can be very uncomfortable.

El paseo en barco espectacular. La información que entrega civitatis terrible. Dice que debemos ir reclamar boletas y luego buscar en no sé qué pantallas cual es el barco. Perdimos tiempo "reclamando" boletas, cuando nos informaron que el QR que teníamos, con ese subíamos al barco, no había que hacer esa fila....

The boat ride was spectacular. The information provided by CiVitatis was terrible. It says we have to go claim tickets and then search on some kind of screen to find the boat. We wasted time "claiming" tickets when we were informed that the QR code we had allowed us to board the boat, and we didn't have to wait in that line...

Intenta llegar con tiempo suficiente, ya que la dirección que se anota es donde te indican, pero debes preguntar en la caseta la salida ya que hay varias dársenas donde ir (los tikets son los que envian por mail en QR, no es necesario que los cambies ni imprimas) pero si te pueden enviar a las diferentes dársenas disponibles junto al río separadas a unos 200m cada una. Bonito paseo para ver la ciudad desde otro angulo. Daban explicaciones por megafonia pero solo en ingles y apenas se oian en la zona exterior. Afuera hay una zona con toldos para poder resguardarte si llueve, que es lo que nos paso a nosotros, pero nos pudimos quedar afuera . Puedes comer o tomar algo si quieres pero es bastante caro. Para empezar en un principio no nos querían validar la entrada con el resguardo que enviaís al comprar los billetes. Menos mal que venía una amiga mía de Alemania y al final lo conseguimos.. Para seguir no existe una audioguía que hay que pedir en el momento de validar los tickets, la propia megafonía del barco da algunas indicaciones sobre lo que se ve desde el barco en varios idiomas, incluido el español. Esto no es lo que se ofrece al contratar los billetes a través de Civitatis.

En el mail de confirmación indicamos que se debe acudir al menos 15 minutos antes de la hora de salida del barco y canjear los billetes en las taquillas.

Lo de guía en español... Yo no sé dónde estaba porque preguntamos mil veces en el barco y nos dijeron que salía por megafonía. Pero no ha sido así, sino que ha sido en alemán e inglés. Una pena porque cogimos esta empresa justo por el tema del idioma y ha sido un chasco.

El viaje en el barco ha estado bien, pero no recomiendo para nada que se contrate en Civitatis porque no aparece nadie para informar de cuál es el barco y me he sentido abandonado. También pone que uno de los idiomas es el Español y es mentira, como casi en todo es Alemán e Inglés.

El punto de encuentro que te marcan desde la página web, es el punto en el que tienes que buscarte la vida para canjear en las taquillas el bono que te envían por email, el cual tienes que reenviar a la empresa del barco para que te den los tickets. La audioguía en español NO existe, o nadie te la ofrece. Por lo demás, la ruta merece la pena. Nos hizo un día soleado.
