We took the guided tour of Colonia's historic center with our guide, Andrés, and it was an excellent experience. We saw a historical overview of the ruins found throughout the neighborhood, and the guide shared many interesting facts about Uruguayan history. I highly recommend the experience; it takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
