The sad part is that we were with our adult daughter who has Down syndrome, and everyone had given us permission to take a 15-minute break. We went to the restroom, and when we came out, we couldn't find the guide. We stopped hearing his instructions and thought he had gone to the Alcazar gardens. We had to call Civitatis to see what to do, and we went to the gardens to wait. Twenty minutes later, the guide appeared. We missed a good part of the tour and returned the equipment because we didn't want to continue.

The information was well-structured, and the guide's attitude was excellent. The last-minute schedule change is a major inconvenience, difficult to avoid and with no room for maneuver for out-of-town travelers. They should offer additional information for regular customers.

Translate this opinion into English.

The visit to the Cathedral and the Mosque was excellent. Sonia is a guide who explains things very clearly and is very informative. She is warm and friendly and attentive to the needs of the group members she is guiding. However, the visit to the Gardens, guided by José Antonio, was not as satisfactory, as he moved too quickly, not allowing enough time for contemplation. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I highly recommend it. Our guide, Miguel, explained everything in great detail. He was incredibly knowledgeable and adept at recounting the history of this magnificent mosque-cathedral. Rubén told us about the Alcázar, the Jewish Quarter, and the Synagogue, making the tour very enjoyable and engaging. Of course, he provided a wealth of historical detail. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

The visit was quite nice, although we couldn't go inside the Alcázar and the price is the same. They should reduce the price since you don't see everything. Otherwise, it was good. The guides knew a lot about the history. The only downside was that there were children in the group, and I don't think it's a suitable visit for children. Opinion translated. Show original.

Very good, I was delighted with the guides. Sonia gave us the tour of the mosque. She told us history and very interesting things. The only downside I can mention is that the tour is very long, and since it was summer and we were with children, it would have been nice to have a short break somewhere where we could buy something refreshing. Otherwise, a 10/10 Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It's a tour with two guides, at least that was the case for us, and both were excellent. Rubén is a whiz, and Sonia is the best; they're experts on the subject, and it's a pleasure to listen to them speak. It's a very long tour (about 4 hours), but it's incredibly enjoyable, and everything they share is fascinating. I think the experience of visiting the city is much better with a guide because they help you understand what you're seeing. And, without a doubt, with our guides, it was the best experience. Translate this opinion into English.

A very enriching activity. We took the tour with Miguel Ángel, and it was clear he had a deep understanding of the information and was able to convey it effectively. The mosque was beautiful, and we were able to understand all the modifications it has undergone throughout history. I also enjoyed the Jewish Quarter. We only visited the gardens of the Alcázar, and it was too hot to enjoy them. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Absolutely fantastic! I loved it so much that I want to do it again with my husband. I'd been up late, and Vicente and the other woman (whose name I can't remember) made the tour and explanation so enjoyable. They explained everything so well—it was amazing! Congratulations to both of them; I loved it! I highly recommend them. In fact, I've already mentioned it to other people in our group who were in Córdoba. It's worth noting that the 10:00 AM time slot was perfect given the weather. Opinion translated. Show original.

The mosque visit was excellent, a 5-star experience. However, the visit to the Jewish Quarter was fine, but we didn't see the Christian Alcázar because it was under construction. Instead, we were taken to see some baths that have nothing to do with the Alcázar. I think it would have been logical to shorten the tour and lower the price, given that the Alcázar has been closed for several months. We felt quite disappointed because of this. We suggest you update this tour.

Incredible and wonderful, the history embodied in those buildings. The Mosque-Cathedral is unique with its diverse styles coexisting in a single structure. I didn't like that they advertised activities that couldn't be done. While it's due to restoration and beyond the company's control, and was replaced by another activity, it doesn't match the scale of the Alcázar. They should change the name of the tour until the restoration is complete, even though it's mentioned very late in the description.

The visit itself was fine, but the organization by Civitatis was poor. First, the activity description stated that the Alcazar and its gardens were closed for renovations (and there was plenty of time to update the information). Second, I booked a tour for 9:45 AM. It asked me to be at the meeting point 10 minutes early (which I was), and from what I've seen, it was actually included in a tour scheduled for 10:05 AM. In reality, several tours were combined.

Translate this opinion into English.

Estuvo bien.

It was okay. We were a large group, and we visited the mosque, the Jewish quarter, and the baths (since, unfortunately, the Alcázar and gardens were closed). It was good, but nothing remarkable; there's a lot of information, and perhaps a way could be found to make it more engaging and easier to remember.
