They charge 1,500 Philippine pesos for the kayak, which you only get to use for 20 minutes. We rented snorkeling gear, and they told us when we could use it… Some of the crew, and one in particular, were laughing at people's physical appearance, and the rest joined in with laughter and inappropriate comments directed at larger people. It was an uncomfortable excursion because of this, and we had to tell him to show some respect. The beaches were beautiful and idyllic, but everything else was a zero.

Translate this opinion into English.

Great! The tour is definitely worth it. Alvin, our guide, and the whole crew were lovely. The only thing is, for the lake they tell you it's better to rent a kayak because "there are jellyfish," and they charge 1000 pesos. We've paid less for kayaks in other places in the Philippines. They combined us with people from the Super Ultimate tour, and we stopped at Barracuda Lake. Since we only had the Ultimate tour, they made us wait on the boat. Opinion translated. Show original.

A disaster. The driver they sent to pick us up didn't have our name on the list, and they didn't even ask if we were waiting for a tour. An hour late, and after three phone calls, a woman showed up at the hotel and scolded us because the name on the reservation didn't match the hotel room reservation—it was in my name, but the hotel was in my wife's. Then they offered us a private tour with exorbitant kayak rental prices. And then the boat broke down.

Translate this opinion into English.

We apologize for the mix-up with the pickup, as the booking was not under the same name as the hotel room. We have already passed your feedback on to the local team so they can improve. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour is very good. What we didn't like was that later on the boat you have to rent the kayak and they charge you almost as much as the tour cost. They tell you that it is to be used all day but we only use it at the 1 stop (6 stops) for only 20 minutes. You can also rent glasses and tube but that is much less. Opinion translated.

We loved the places visited, the lagoons are very beautiful and the best thing was snorkeling: it seems that you are swimming in a huge fish tank. The food was delicious in a shack on the beach: fresh grilled fish, marinated chicken, fried pork, fruits,... We had some mishaps at checkout time: -they picked us up at 9:00 in place of 8:15 - the mask and fins are not included, before leaving you have to get some and pay the rent at the last minute Opinion translated.

It was a shame not to be able to do the activity we had booked. Without knowing how or why, instead of doing the tour of Lake Kayangan, Twin Lagoons and Skeleton Wreck, they put us on a tour of the Malcapuya, Coco and Ditaytayan islands. It wasn't bad, but our intention was not to spend the day from beach to beach. At least the tour crew and the food were 10 and somewhat compensated for the mistake.

Translate this opinion into English.

We started off with no van showing up at our hotel. We had to call the phone number provided and they sent us a tricycle to take us to the port. Once there (around 9am) they put us on one of the remaining boats, to our surprise, one where all the passengers, except us, had paid for another tour. In the end, we did a different tour than the one we paid for and we had to stay on the boat waiting, since it was not the activity we had booked.

Guide molto gentili Translate this opinion into English.

Truly scenic and carefully organized tour, the lunch served in the middle of the day was really good and the only complaint is the not exactly punctual departure, but at the end of the day it was nothing more than a little boredom Opinion translated. Show original.

Meeting at the hotel at 8:20, by 9 the bus still hadn't arrived. Fortunately, the agency we were entrusted to (which had lost the reservation) let us board another boat. Bad experience, we were at risk of being left stranded.
