Lo único a mejorar es la poca puntualidad en los horarios de recogida,igual que te exigen que estés a la hora indicada sino pierdes ese turno pues que cumplan el horario que se refleja en sus guias de horarios y paradas,el cogerlo te evita cansarte y mejor el de 7 euros para poder disfrutar de los sitios sin prisas.

El recorrido dice que pasa por las casas colgadas y, sin embargo, no se ven. Tampoco hace ningún tipo de parada en el castillo. No para que hagas una foto desde el tren, ni mucho menos que bajes 5 minutos como sí hacen en otras ciudades.

The route claims to pass by the Hanging Houses, yet you can't see them. It doesn't even stop at the castle. Not so you can take a photo from the train, much less get off for five minutes, as is done in other cities.

Después de tener las entradas reservadas cuando llegamos al tren(10 minutos antes) ya tenian todas las entradas vendidas no pudiendo hacer todos la actividad La actitud del conductor muy desagradable y con muy mala educación El paseo tampoco nada que recalcar

Ha sido nefasta, claramente no merece nada la pena pagar 7€ por este autobús, no tiene sonido por lo que solo vas viendo la ciudad, encima decía que hacía parada arriba donde el castillo y ni a parado ni nada. Desde luego claramente decepcionada

It was awful, it's clearly not worth paying 7€ for this bus, it has no sound so you only see the city, on top of that it said it stopped at the top of the castle and it didn't stop or anything. I'm clearly disappointed.

No se ve nada interesante durante el trayecto,solo por calles estrechas con comercios hasta cerrados,encima no hay en el tren turístico audioguia ,y diciéndonos el señor que lleva el tren de que es más barato por esto y a nosotros online nos cobran lo mismo.Al menos se avisa porque no se ha estropeado de un día para otro sino que por lo visto esto lleva así tiempo.

There is nothing interesting to see during the journey, only narrow streets with shops that are even closed. On top of that, there is no audio guide on the tourist train, and the man who runs the train tells us that it is cheaper because of this and we are already charged the same online. At least we are warned because it has not broken down overnight but apparently it has been like this for some time.

No merece mucho la pena, el audioguía no funcionaba y por lo que he leído en las opiniones debe ser algo muy habitual, vamos, que pongo en duda si alguna vez funciona. Y pagar las entradas sólo por un paseo que ya sueles hacer a pie...pues no merece la pena. Lo único por los niños que les hace gracia lo de subirse al tren.

It's not worth it, the audio guide didn't work and from what I've read in the reviews it must be a very common thing, so I doubt if it ever works. And paying the tickets just for a walk that you usually do on foot... well, it's not worth it. The only thing is for the kids who like getting on the train.

La actividad fue un poco regular, la ruta duró un poquito menos de los q indicaba y mi decepción es q no funcionaba la megafonía y por tanto pasábamos por los sitios y no había explicación. Al final fue un paseo montado en tren, q como íbamos 15 personas en grupo estuvo entretenido, pero me hubiera gustado enterarme por donde pasábamos. Al comprar en el mismo tren las entradas, las vendían más baratas por ese motivo,pero como lo teníamos ya contratado y pagado... Gracias.

The activity was a bit average, the route lasted a little less than indicated and my disappointment was that the megaphone did not work and therefore we passed by the places and there was no explanation. In the end it was a ride on a train, which as we were 15 people in a group was entertaining, but I would have liked to know where we were going. When buying the tickets on the train itself, they sold them cheaper for that reason, but as we had already booked and paid for it... Thank you.
