El guía, Josue, es una persona muy atenta y .un preparada disfrutamos mucho su trabajo. El transfer fue terrible. El conductor del microbus conduce de una manera temeraria e irresponsable, adelantando otros vehículos en doble línea amarilla e inclusive, al llegar a curvas. Manejo a mucha velocidad en zonas con muchas curvas, lo cual provocó que muchos pasajeros se sintieran mal, aparte de exponernos a todos a un accidente. Fue terrible

El transporte no estaba en óptimas condiciones, asientos chuecos o rotos hicieron el camino muy cansado ya que son trayectos de más de 3 horas. El conductor veía constantemente su celular, acción que nos puso nerviosos pues el camino es entre las montañas. Una vez llegando a la montaña fue increíble, las vistas inigualables y el guía al pendiente de todos.

The transportation wasn't in optimal condition; the seats were bent or broken, making the journey very tiring, as the trips lasted more than three hours. The driver was constantly looking at his cell phone, which made us nervous since the road is through the mountains. Absolutamente desastrosa. El sitio de desayuno y comida es UNA VERGUENZA TOTAL, no es apto para turistas, es asqueroso, lleno de perros, suciedad y baños sin cadena (tienes que echar un cubo de agua). Realizando la excursión mi pareja se empezó a encontrar mal, le dió mal de altura, acabo con oxigeno en la van, suplicamos a Felipe descender a Cuzco y no hizo nada por no meter un poco de prisa al resto del grupo, acabamos en la UCI del hospital con un edema cerebral de cuzco por su ineptitud.

Absolutely disastrous. The breakfast and lunch place is a TOTAL DISGRACE. It's not tourist-friendly, disgusting, full of dogs, filthy, and has unflushed bathrooms (you have to flush a bucket of water). During the excursion, my partner started to feel ill; he got altitude sickness and ended up on oxygen in the van. We begged Felipe to take us down to Cusco, but he did nothing to avoid rushing the rest of the group. We ended up in the ICU of the hospital with cerebral edema due to his ineptitude.

Il paesaggio è magnifico, uno spettacolo natrale, ma non posso dare una recensione eccellente poiché il bus del trasporto era orribile, e sono 3 ore dirette da cusco senza pausa. Il ristorante incluso per la colazione e il pranzo è in realtà una capanna con servizi igienici penosi. In oltre il cibo è poco vario, 2 cosette. Le terme mha nulla di che, gli spogliatoi sono due colonne di mattoni. L acqua è molto calda ma forse stando così all aperto senza manutenzione l ho trovata sporca.

Estuvo genial! Nos recogieron 4:30am. Luego 3.5h de bus hasta donde paramos a desayunar. El desayuno buffet un poco justo comparado con otros tours de Civitatis en Cusco. La caminata genial aunque es un poco tedioso ir con gente que no está preparada xa hacer ni 10km y 400 de desnivel... Porque al ir en grupo hay que ir esperándoles. La ruta es espectacular, pero la organización no mucho. Tuve que escribirles varias veces porque no se ponían en contacto conmigo para saber la hora de recogida. El guía fue amable pero falto un poco más de información, no nos comentó el itinerario, por lo que todo fue como al momento, quizás le falta experiencia como guía. Deberían de quitar lo de las aguas termales, ya que no da tiempo a estar.

Notamos varias fallas en la organización del tour, entre esas nos recogieron 45 minutos tarde de la hora acordada, mínima comunicación desde el día previo para acordar últimos detalles. A destacar la labor de la guía Rosa, quién estuvo muy atenta a todos los participantes de la ruta, lo hizo muy bien. Es una caminata mucho más tranquila que la de la laguna de Humantay, sin embargo son 12km a más de 4400mt de altura por lo cual es muy importante la aclimatación previa.

We noticed several flaws in the organization of the tour, among them they picked us up 45 minutes late than the agreed time, minimal communication from the previous day to agree on last details.
