Não fomos informados do nome do guia que nos acompanharia na visita à Machu Picchu e ficamos perdidos quando do desembarque do ônibus até o início do circuito que faríamos. Depois de muito perguntar conseguimos nos achar. Um estresse desnecessário. We weren't told the name of the guide who would accompany us on our visit to Machu Picchu, and we got lost from the bus ride to the start of our tour. After asking around, we managed to find our way. La actividad no me gusto nada. No la recomiendo con Civitatis, pague 100$ porque me dijeron que los boletos para el circuito 2 estaban agotados y que nos ponian un guia privado.Asi fué, pero la informacion proporcionada por la guia fatal , nos trato bien, pero de conocimiento muy justo.No fue una actividad atractiva y mas por la categoria de la excursion.Yo recomiendo una agencia local.

I did not like the activity at all. I do not recommend it with Civitatis. I paid $100 because they told me that the tickets for circuit 2 were sold out and that they would provide us with a private guide. That was the case, but the information provided by the guide was terrible. He treated us well, but his knowledge was very limited. It was not an attractive activity, especially given the category of the excursion. I recommend a local agency.

Cara para la experiencia que ofrece. Se supone que teníamos que haber entrado a Machu Picchu a las 11h y se retrasó hasta las 12h. Colas muy largas para el transporte que retrasa la visita y es un tiempo que no se puede recuperar luego. Al contar con una hora menos fuimos luego corriendo dentro del recinto sin poder verlo con tranquilidad, ya que, además, teníamos que contar con el tiempo de cola de autobuses también para volver.

Expensive for the experience it offers. We were supposed to have entered Machu Picchu at 11am and it was delayed until 12pm. Very long queues for transport delayed the visit and it is time that cannot be recovered later. As we had an hour less we then ran inside the enclosure without being able to see it calmly, since, in addition, we had to count on the time in the bus queue to get back.

Ana entrou em contato comigo com bastante antecedência para a entrega dos tickets, e enviou o itinerário completo via WhatsApp com todas as informações e dicas. Desde la recogida en el alojamiento hasta volver al mismo lugar, la organisación fue inmejorable. La guía en Machu Picchu fue estupenda. Al volver en tren nos dimos cuenta que teníamos que bajar en Ollantaytambo para seguir una hora y medio mas por carreteras malas, mientras que el mismo tren siguió su camino hacia Poroy, en las afueras de Cusco. El entorno, en sí, es mágico y transmite una paz difícil de explicar. La guía, Alexa, fue muy amable, atenta y ofreció información de interés con pasión, lo que se agradeció.
