Dresden Private Bike Tour
Tour Details
At the indicated time, we’ll meet at number 5 Glacisstraße, where we’ll get on the bikes to begin this private tour of Dresden. Ready to discover the contrasts of Florence on the Elbe? Let’s get started!
First, we’ll explore Albertplatz and the creative Art Courtyard, where we’ll enjoy the works decorating its walls and façades. Then, we’ll make a short stop at Pfunds Molkerei, considered the most beautiful dairy shop in the world thanks to its hand-painted tiles.
Next, we’ll cross the Augustus Bridge to enjoy one of the best panoramic views of the city. Once in the old town, we’ll admire iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, the Semper Opera House, and the spectacular Zwinger complex, where we’ll briefly park the bikes to walk through its gardens.
Then, we’ll cycle through the Neumarkt area, where we’ll learn about the remarkable history of the Church of Our Lady and its post-war reconstruction process, before passing through Altmarkt Square and the Palace of Culture.
We’ll continue cycling toward the Großer Garten, Dresden’s green lung, until we reach the starting point. There, we’ll say our goodbyes after a total of 2 hours of touring.
