Civitatis quoted,& charged £35 per transfer from/to Dublin Airport, but then asked me for extra cash: £13 x2 to give to the drivers 'cause my hotel was in zone 3 & not central Dublin. Hence poor customer care & unfair way to win over competitors. I agreed to the extra payments because I was travelling with my child & we had an early flight back.
Arrived at terminal but info gven on pickup meet wasn't correct (no Starbucks in Term 2) Quick call and contact was found. Plenty room for 5 of us with hand luggage
