Tara River Rafting & Zip Line

Description

After meeting at 10:30 am in the car park of the Tara MB Motel near the iconic Đurđevića Tara Bridge, we'll set off on the 5-minute stroll to Šljivansko, where our rafting adventure on the Tara River will begin.

Before getting into the water, we'll receive a basic lesson on how to handle the raft and paddle from our English-speaking instructor. Then we'll put theory into practice, climbing onto the raft and making our way down the Tara River.

The rafting trip will last 2-3 hours and will take us through adrenaline-inducing white water rapids as well as calmer stretches of river where we can simply enjoy the views of the Tara River Canyon. During the trip, we'll also make a quick stop in Ljutica to take photos or to swim if you'd like.

Our river adventure will end at Žugića Luka, where you'll be able to grab some lunch at a local restaurant to re-energise after all the excitement. You'll then have the option to take a ride on the zip line that soars alongside the famous Đurđevića Tara Bridge over the Tara River! If you'd prefer, you can take the time to walk along the bridge instead.

At 3 pm, we'll end the tour back at the original meeting point.
