    Excellent service on board, meeting the details stipulated in the excursion purchase. The only attitude I think needs to be changed is the disrespectful reaction of the employees to the small tip they received, considering that it is voluntary and not mandatory. This does not prove that they can treat us as gas station attendants and make other discriminatory comments heard by those of us who were disembarking from the ship. It is more than assumed that the company pays for their services.
