El día que íbamos a visitar el palacio Vecchio no había ningún cartel de Civitatis solo de Italy y Pass. La persona que nos atiende al final nos lleva al palacio. La guia nos explico bien pero el tour indica 2 horas de duracion y fue de escasa 1 hora y media cuando mucho. Eramos dos parejas y la otra turista llevaba mochila pequeña, ya arriba las guardias del museo dijjeron no se permiten mochilas.
