Translate this opinion into English.

Highly recommended tour to get a glimpse of Tuscany. We didn't like the guide at all, he was not empathetic, didn't create any atmosphere, not recommended at all. On the other hand, the guide in Siena was very good. The food aspect could be greatly improved, that feeling of being herded like sheep while they try to sell you products is horrible.

I was disappointed by the mandatory stop in the middle of nowhere for lunch. I had prepared my own food and found it difficult to find a place to eat. Furthermore, I felt it was discriminatory how it was constantly emphasized that those of us who didn't bring lunch would eat at a separate table, as if we were outcasts. I believe the lunch break should have been in San Gimignano or Pisa, allowing people the freedom to eat wherever they wanted and/or have a snack and make the most of their time there.

The excursion itself is very interesting and highly recommended, but depending on the guide you get, it can be excellent or disappointing. That was our experience. At the very first stop, he left four people behind, more concerned with taking us to certain shops and ice cream parlors than allowing us free time to explore the sights. When you reach a certain age and lose your enthusiasm for work, it's best to retire and make way for the younger generation.

Translate this opinion into English.

The villages are very beautiful. We chose the option with lunch included, and honestly, we found it expensive for how little they served. It's not worth it; I think it's better to bring your own food, as we weren't even there for an hour between the wine explanation and the meal. There's nothing to buy food there if you don't bring your own. The pasta was al dente, but with very little Bolognese sauce, and it was penne. In Pisa, if you don't take the little train (€6 each), you'll have less time to see everything, as the bus stop is far from the entrance. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Lucia, our tour guide, was wonderful. Very pleasant and explained everything very well. Laura, our guide in Siena, was very professional and friendly throughout the tour. The lunch and wine pairing in Chiante was interesting. It was a somewhat busy day, but highly recommended for exploring several areas of Tuscany (if you're staying in Florence). The visit to Pisa might have been a bit short, but the tour was tight. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was a very pleasant, enjoyable, and relaxing experience. The guide was very kind, patient, and attentive to the entire group, even though we spoke different languages. At each stop, she made sure everyone returned and continued the tour together. She also took the time to explain the details and interesting facts about each place we visited, making the experience even more enriching. Definitely a highly recommended experience!

The guide we had in Siena wasn't very good because she explained everything very quickly, we couldn't hear her through the audio guide, she was just going off on her own, and she gave us all the information in half an hour. The photos she showed us were just a quick glance; she didn't make sure everyone saw them. On the other hand, the free time was very short for visiting the town; we were always rushing around. Lunch and the tasting were perfectly fine. The instructors were very friendly.

Translate this opinion into English.

Highly recommended if you're traveling to Florence with limited time and want to explore Tuscany. The lunch and tasting are well worth it (note that this is the only meal option during the tour). Our guide, Roberto, provided excellent tips and advice, making the trip very enjoyable and entertaining. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

With a guide like Teresa, "Tere," nothing can go wrong! I booked a tour with lunch included, which took too long, and I didn't get to see much of San Gimignano. Tere was attentive to our needs at every moment and was very articulate in both languages she spoke. Opinion translated. Show original.

This tour is a must to truly experience Tuscany. The scenery from the bus is beautiful. Time is limited in each city, but if you want to see everything in one day, there's no other way. Visiting the main attractions is certainly possible. Siena's Piazza del Campo is perfect for enjoying a coffee while admiring the view. San Gimignano is beautiful with its medieval architecture. And of course, Pisa boasts its magnificent tower. Opinion translated. Show original.

Gracias chicos y ... recomendaremos!! Translate this opinion into English.

That said, our guides, Cecilia and Ana, as well as the driver, Raúl, were always very attentive to everyone. Thanks, guys, and we'll definitely recommend it! Opinion translated. Show original.

When explaining in Spanish, he omitted information provided in English and Portuguese. We suggest following a bulleted list of information provided in all three languages so that everyone has the same information. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was absolutely wonderful, even though it's a full-day tour, it's worth every minute. We were so impressed by each place. Siena Cathedral is truly breathtaking, San Gimignano is a must-see—a magical place with the most beautiful views in Tuscany. Pisa and its charm are incomparable to what you see in photos or online posts; it's a magical place. Highly recommended! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was all incredible because our guide, Roberto, made everything so enjoyable and his explanations were brilliant—to the point that I'd say he's the best guide I've ever had. If you're going to visit Florence, this is a 100% recommended activity. And both the bus driver and Gaia, another guide, were attentive at all times. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The logistics were perfect, Roberto and Gaia were excellent guides, I highly recommend it. I went with my family. Their explanations were spot on, although the tour is quite compact and everything moves very quickly, but that's due to the number of places to visit. Lunch is very good, and the wine tasting is also worthwhile. Opinion translated. Show original.

Everything was lovely, as were our guides Chiara and Lorenza. The only thing we didn't like was that, since we didn't want to have lunch at Chianti, they told us we'd have a table to sit at, but it was in the blazing sun, so we ended up eating sitting on the floor to one side of the building.

It was excellent. The guided tour by Cecilia and Maia was efficient, the information clear and engaging, and we received very practical advice that allowed us to enjoy each place (Siena, San Geminiano, Pisa, a stop for food and drinks, etc.) effectively and freely, which is important with such a packed itinerary. Civitatis cumplió la bodega a recaudar sin mas Translate this opinion into English.

The excursion is well worth it. The guide and her assistant, whose name I don't remember, were blonde, the other assistant was brunette with curly hair, and Lucas was the main character (the best bus I saw). They were all extraordinary. I 100% recommend it; it was a great day out. My only complaint is the food... the wines couldn't have been worse. Not even half a glass was served. Civitatis just fulfilled its obligation to collect money, nothing more. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was great. The guides Federico and Alex were fantastic, always attentive and looking out for everyone. Federico gave the explanations, and everything was clear and concise. The guide in Siena was also very friendly and explained everything clearly. The places are beautiful, and sometimes the time seemed too short at each one. The food was delicious; we would have liked a dessert option other than cookies, or at least an explanation of what to make. I do recommend it; it's worth it. Opinion translated. Show original.
