Excellent services. From the transfers provided directly by the cruise company, to the meals and explanations from our guide, we can only say that everything was excellent. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The onboard staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Halong Bay is very crowded, so there are many cruises and lots of people, but it's a gem worth seeing.
The boat was very comfortable, the tour was great, the staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, and the guide was a 10/10, very involved and explained everything at all times and with very good English. If I have to object to the fact that they charge you separately for drinks, I understand that cocktails or alcohol aren't, but water or coffee should be included for the fairly high price of the cruise.
