El guía de turistas y el chofer son increíbles! Pero la agencia es una pesadilla, estuve más de 24 horas tratando de contactarlos, no les importaba, no me contestaban.les marqué por teléfono no me contestaban llegaron tarde por nosotros y nos confirmaron como 10 minutos antes que si iban a ir ya hasta yo le había pagado a otro Chofer para que nos llevara, pero justo fue cuando llegaron a recogernos, sólo hice la actividad con ellos porque ya estaba pagada, pero no volvería a contratarlos jamás.

The tour guide and driver were amazing! But the agency was a nightmare. I spent over 24 hours trying to contact them, but they didn't care and wouldn't answer. I called them, but they didn't answer. They arrived late to pick us up and only confirmed about 10 minutes before we were due to arrive. I had even paid another driver to take us, but they finally showed up. I only did the tour with them because it was already paid for, but I would never hire them again.

Los paseos son muy buenos. Lo que no me gustó fue el conductor que estuvo todo el tiempo manejando y conversando en el WhatsApp. No conseguía estar 10 minutos sin el celular. El guia no me gustó mucho pq ni siquiera decia donde ibamos, no tenia empatia como los otros guia y como la gente cubana y fumaba mientras hablaba con el grupo en nuestra cara. Mucha falta de respeto. El conductor no estaba bien ubicado y tardó una hora para conseguir pasajeros porque no encontraba el hotel.

Merece mucho la pena ir hasta el Valle de Viñales. Adonis hizo que el viaje fuera muy agradable. Nosso passei foi incrível! A van chegou pontualmente e fomos acompanhados desde o inicio pelo guia Adones que nos explicou tudo sobre cada lugar que passávamos e muito mais. O passeio foi muito agradável, os lugares são maravilhosos e cheios de cultura.
