Encounter the most fascinating Bible scenes with this guided visit of the holy city of Jerusalem and the most important sacred spaces in Bethlehem, such as the Basilica of the Nativity.

Jerusalem and Bethlehem Walking Tour

After collecting you from your chosen meeting point around 9 am, we will start our 9-hour tour around the essential attractions in Jerusalem and Bethlehem.

Our first stop will be the Mount of Olives, from where we will admire the golden Dome of the Rock, one of the most fascinating monuments in Jerusalem. We will then stroll through the streets of the old city, visiting sacred places such as the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

Our tour of ancient Jerusalem will introduce us to some of the oldest streets in the city. We will walk along Via Dolorosa, the road that Jesus took to his crucifixion. We then head into the Armenian neighbourhood, to learn all about the history of King David by visiting the tower which was named in his honour.

After finishing our tour of Jerusalem, in the afternoon we will head to Bethlehem. At the Basilica of the Nativity you will descend into the grotto where, according to the scriptures, Jesus was born. Later, in the outskirts of Bethlehem, we will climb up to the Shepherd’s Field. This is claimed to be the point where the apparition of the archangel announced the birth of Christ to the shepherds.

We will return to the meeting point in Jerusalem at the end of the afternoon.
