Kazan Kremlin & City Centre Tour
Our guided tour of Kazan's historic centre will begin with a stroll along Bauman Street, which was named after a Russian revolutionary. This street starts at the foot of the Kremlin and leads to Tukaya Square, Kazan's central square.
You'll then go to the famous Kazan Cat monument, which was erected in 2009. Afterwards, we'll head to the Epiphany Cathedral and marvel at its breathtaking architectural style.
Our next stop will be the Dragon Statue, an iconic symbol of the city of Kazan. We'll then see the building for the National Bank of the Republic of Tatarstan and admire its impressive façade.
Afterwards, we'll head to the unique Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral. Built in the Russian Baroque style, this colossal religious building tends to impress all who visit. You'll then see the St. Nicolas Cathedral, which has striking turquoise and golden domes.
The final stop on our tour will be the Kremlin square, where you'll see its outer ramparts before walking inside this incredible UNESCO World Heritage Site. While we're here, we'll also see the blue and white Kul Sharif Mosque, which dates back to the 16th century.
It'll then be time to say our goodbyes and finish the tour. See you next time!
