When booking, you can choose between the following options. Both include hotel pickup in La Paz, buggy rental, and an English-speaking guide.

Below are the details that make each route unique:

Tecolote Beach Tour (3 Hours)

About 30 minutes after leaving La Paz, we’ll stop in the heart of the desert and hop into off-road buggies. After a brief safety introduction, the adventure begins!

We’ll ride along rugged trails that wind through Baja California’s striking desert, dominated by the towering cardon cactus—some reaching up to 10 m (33 ft) high. It’s a scene straight out of a movie!

Along the way, we’ll pause at scenic viewpoints to take in the vast desert landscapes. With a bit of luck, we might even spot local wildlife like red-tailed hawks or desert foxes. Our journey continues to the stunning Tecolote Beach, known for its soft white sand, turquoise waters, and vibrant atmosphere.

To wrap up, we’ll take an alternate coastal route back, soaking in sweeping views of the sea before returning to La Paz and dropping you off at your hotel.

El Coyote Beach Tour (4 Hours)

After the safety briefing, we’ll set off into the heart of Baja California Sur’s desert, taking lesser-known routes that reveal breathtaking landscapes and bring us even closer to nature.

We’ll make several scenic stops at natural viewpoints along the way—perfect opportunities to capture stunning photos of the arid terrain and striking rock formations. The area’s rich biodiversity will surprise you, home to unique endemic species of both flora and fauna.

Our final destination is El Coyote Beach, a virtually untouched bay where serenity reigns. With its horseshoe shape, soft sand, and pristine surroundings, it’s a hidden gem ideal for those seeking peace and natural beauty.

After unwinding and soaking in the scenery, we’ll head back to the meeting point and return you to your hotel.

Buggy Options

During the booking process, you can choose between two types of buggies, depending on the level of adventure you're seeking:

• 2-person buggy: Compact and easy to handle, this model is ideal for narrow paths, forest trails, or mountain routes. It’s perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and fun off-road experience.
• 4-person buggy: Larger, more powerful, and built for speed, jumps, and adrenaline. With long-travel suspension and a turbo engine, it’s designed for thrill-seekers ready to tackle dunes, deserts, and rugged terrain.

Important

• To drive any of the buggies, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Children aged 8 to 17 can only ride as passengers.
• For safety reasons, drivers and passengers cannot switch places during the tour.
