Excelente experiencia, pero los tiempos de espera deben mejorar El tour fue excelente en general y la experiencia realmente vale la pena. Las actividades estuvieron muy bien organizadas, el personal fue amable y profesional, y el recorrido cumplió con todo lo prometido. Sin duda es una experiencia que recomendaría. Excellent experience, but wait times need improvement. The tour was excellent overall and the experience was truly worthwhile. Piloto muy amable. Aunque se madruga mucho para estar de vuelta en mediodía, a esas horas la luz en las fotos no son muy buenas hasta 1h antes de partir. Como bien nos recomendó el piloto, de los 3 eventos a realizar en suelo, el 1ro no hace falta bajar del shuttle bus. El 2do esta bien y el 3ro es dónde se debe pasar la mayor parte del tiempo contemplando las vistas. La comida fué simple pero buena. Aunque no escogí helicóptero, creo que tienen muy poco tiempo para todo. Aún así recomendable.

Todo perfecto, muy buena excursión tanto el avión como la experiencia en helicóptero. Lo único para objetar es que tendrían que avisar antes de comprar la entrada al Skywalk que no permiten entrar con Camaras de fotos para que ellos te vendan la que te sacan a U$S 20 por foto, dado que yo pague esa entrada de U$ 35 por persona justamente para tomar las mejores fotos, y lo otro es que el tiempo de estadía en el cañón es poco, debería ser media hora mas. Una actividad muy completa y cronometrada. A las 6:40 am, me pasaron a recoger en el hotel con un minibus. El señor era muy formal. Seguidamente, nos traslado a la terminal (unos 30min de viaje), allí nos registraron, nos dieron una targeta para la identificacion y prodedimos al pago del skywalk. Despues de unos 10min de espera, se nos presento la piloto. Una chica muy amable y simpatica. Nos hizo una breve explicacion de en que consta el vuelo y seguridad en el avion. Antes de subir al avion, te toman una foto para despues vendertela. Una vez todos listos en el avion, nos dirigimos a la pista y a volar! Direccion el Gran Cañon. Durante el vuelo, la piloto nos iba comentando el paisaje. El vuelo muy agradable. Una vez en el aeropuerto del Gran Cañon, nos subimos a un helicoptero que, en un vuelo de no mas de 5-10min, nos llevo a la base del Gran Cañon, al lado del rio. Alli, estuvimos otros 15min tomando fotos y disfrutando del paisaje. El piloto muy amable en todo momento, incluso nos sacó algunas fotos. Despuès de eso, volvimos a montarnos en el helicoptero y con un vuelo de otros 5-10min, volviamos a estar en la pista del aeropuerto del Gran Cañon. Las vistas durante el vuelo, magnificas y el vuelo muy suave y agradable. Una vez en el aeropuerto, cogimos un bus que nos llevó a tres paradas diferentes. La primera no vale la pena ni bajarse, un pequeño pueblo vaquero montado hace 4dias y totalmente para los turistas. La segunda, el famoso skywalk. Caro por lo que es. Las vistas sorprendentes, pero no hace falta subirse al skywalk para apreciarlas. Las fotos que te toman en el skywalk, también muy caras. La tercera y última parada, es donde se aprecia la mayor parte del Gran Cañon y la verdad, no defrauda. En esta misma visita, te sirven el Lunch (en aquel momento, una quarto de pollo, pure de patata, maiz, un panecillo y una botella pequeña de agua). No estaba nada mal. Si se presciende de la primera parada, puedes comer tranquilo, de lo contrario, no puedes despistarte ya que el tiempo correr y el avión tiene una hora de salida. De regreso al aeropuerto, nos volvimos a subir a la avioneta y fuimos de regreso a la terminal de Maverik. Alli nos despedimos de la piloto y tomamos el minibus de vuelta al hotel. En general, todo me pareció muy bien sincronizado. Consejos: creo que no se debe perder tiempo en la primera parada del tour bus del Gran Cañon. Si no te interesa el skywalk, no pierdes nada. La foto inicial antes del vuelo, es cara.

Hermoso el recorrido, lo ofrecieron en español y nadie lo hablaba, perdi mas de una hora esperando helicoptero para bajar al cañon y no pude visitar con tiempo los miradores. El transporte bien, no fue tan pesado como esperábamos. El avión muy bien, Jesse y el otro piloto estupendos. Muy profesionales y muy simpáticos. Lo facilitaron todo. Lo único malo, que como éramos varios grupos a nosotros nos tocó esperar 45 minutos al helicóptero. Y como luego se forman colas en los autobuses y pierdes alguno, no pudimos ver guano point. Ni nos bajamos del autobús al ver la cola que había para volver y la hora que era. Nos habría faltado esos 45-55 minutos.

The transport was good, it wasn't as hard as we expected. The plane was great, Jesse and the other pilot were great. Very professional and very friendly. They made everything easy. The only bad thing was that since there were several groups, we had to wait 45 minutes for the helicopter. And since there are queues on the buses and you miss one, we couldn't see Guano Point. We didn't even get off the bus when we saw the queue to get back and the time it was. We would have missed those 45-55 minutes.

Viaje corto de 35min en avioneta para acercarnos al Gran Canyon. Al llegar allá (con audio guía en español) te dejan en la base del Gran Canyon donde coges un helicóptero y te acercan al paseo en bote. Son 3min por las grutas en helicóptero. Después de 15min en bote (donde te dejan tomar fotos) vuelven a llevarte a la base (5min si llega) y luego tienes que coger 2buses para ver las vistas. Realmente en helicóptero son apenas 10min... esperábamos más tiempo. Tampoco dan bebida ni comida.

Short 35-minute plane ride to get to the Grand Canyon. When you get there (with audio guide in Spanish) they drop you off at the base of the Grand Canyon where you take a helicopter and take you to the boat ride. It's a 3-minute helicopter ride through the caves. After a 15-minute boat ride (where they let you take photos) they take you back to the base (5 minutes if you can) and then you have to take 2 buses to see the sights. La organización fue estupenda a nuestra llegada, el personal muy amable y los pilotos muy agradables. El tiempo de la visita es suficiente. Lamentablemente al regreso no fue igual. La espera al camión para salir fue larga pero lo peor es que el aire acondiciona no funcionaba y con el calor alrededor de 38º fue muy agobiante el regreso.

The organization was great on arrival, the staff very friendly and the drivers very nice. The time for the visit is enough. Unfortunately, on the way back it was not the same. Todo el personal muy amable y los transportes son buenos, el único problema es que es muy poco tiempo para poder apreciar Eagle Point y Guano, solo tuvimos 1 hora y fue muy poco tiempo, literalmente solo una foto y ya. no recomendaría este tour si quieren apreciar bien el gran cañón

Por causa del mal tiempo tuvimos que esperar. Tanto el piloto como el asistente fueron muy amables en todo momento. La avioneta bastante vieja. Los vuelos de ida y vuelta muy bien. En general bien, las vistas valen la pena y estar ahí es una gran experiencia, solo no me tiene contenta que mi tour era el lunes y el domingo en la noche avisan que se cancela (ni siquiera con tiempo suficiente para yo buscar con otra agencia) por suerte el día martes seguiría en Las Vegas y pedí me lo reprogramaran y me ayudaron haciéndolo (en un viaje anterior no tenia días extra y a lo que fui no pude hacerlo porque igual avisan que se cancela a la mera hora), lleven $$ el agua es cara.

O Grand Canyon é espetacular e qualquer viagem vale sempre a pena. No caso desta, houve atrasos no regresso por avião e, para agravar, o transfer para o hotel foi feito por uma motorista que desconhecia as moradas e esteve uma grande parte do tempo a ser orientada por telemóvel pelos colegas. Demoramos tanto tempo a chegar que tivemos de pagar um extra-fee de late check-out.

La página web indica que la duración es de 6,5 horas, y que se inicia a las 7. En realidad nos recogieron del hotel a las 5:20, despegamos a las 7 y estábamos de vuelta a las 12. La excursión es buena, pero el Coste es excesivamente elevado en relación a la duración.. además creíamos que estaba incluida una comida, que en ningún momento se ofreció, aunque, con la duración de la excursión hubiera sido inviable y no apropiada. La información en la web no es suficiente

El helicoptero espectacular. Impresionante vistas. Pero las visitas a guano y a eagle point todo muy rápido, casi sin tiempo para fotos o para apreciar las magníficas vistas del Gran Cañón. Luego no nos dio tiempo al refrigerio de media mañana.... Era o comer o visitar el huslapai ranch..... Le faltó una hora a la excursión para ir mejor....

Very early pick up to a reasonable flight to the Grand Canyon. No tour guide, just abandoned to make your own way round the reserve for 2 hours, with little to do but gift shops and eating, apart from loads of photos. Then an extremely short helicopter ride down into the canyon ( 10 mins max) , 20 mins waiting around there, then the 10 mins back. Extremely expensive tour for what was offered. And I was asked to pay an extra 15 dollars for aircraft fuel tax as I d bought through Civitatis!!!

Todo Exelente , lo único que no había ni guía como tampoco folleto en español , sabíamos que el tour era en inglés , pero suponíamos que íbamos q encontrar alguien que nos diera alguna explicación o folleto y se nos hizo muy difícil ubicarnos los horarios que debíamos volver al tour del helicóptero no sabíamos que hacer porque después del avíon te dejan en unos micros que te levan al Sky walk y ahí no sabíamos cómo seguir y cuánto tiempo teníamos ya que el piloto dio toda la explicación en ingle

No me parece que merezca la pena el skywalk. No nos informaron de dónde podíamos pedir, y qué nos correspondía,respecto a la comida que nos incluía la excursión, y el tiempo que nos dieron (hora y media) para disfrutar de los miradores y el skywalk resulta muy justo, contando con que no comimos nada.....

Hice la excursión con mi hermana y nos encantó por la experiencia del avión + helicóptero. Pero cuando haces esta opción “completa” no te da tiempo para almorzar. Nosotras no pudimos hacerlo y pagamos por ello. Para el q hace el Skywalk deberían pensar poner 1hs en el itinerario. La excursión dice 6hs y media y nosotras a las 5hs ya estábamos de regreso en el Hotel. Realmente estoy indignada por esto ya q la excursión fue muy cara y pensé q valía la pena pagarla. Por el resto estuvo todo bien!

Todo bien salvo la visita al Skywalk. No permiten entrar cámaras o teléfonos; ante nuestra protesta nos han contestado que al contratar el tour ya lo advierten. No he visto por ninguna parte dicha advertencia, por lo que me siento engañado. Por otra parte muy mala atención en dicho servicio, de malos modos. Tenemos muchos followers en redes sociales y vamos a desaconsejar la visita.

Sentimos que el Skywalk no colmara vuestras espectativas, ciertamente es una atracción que podía estar mejor gestionada. En este aspecto, Civitatis no resolver nada.
