Nuestro tour al Algarve no fue completo, nuestro guía Alessandro no nos llevó ni a Lagos ni a Albufeira tal y como decía el itinerario del tour. No fuimos a Lagos, según él, porque hacía mucho viento y se habían suspendido todos las salidas en barco. Tampoco el de las cuevas d Benagil, al final lo hicimos porque insistí... se veían muchos barcos visitando las grutas, no entendí porque nos dijo que se habian suspendido las salidas al mar... y después no fuimos a Albufeira porque no le dio la gana

Our Algarve tour wasn't complete. Our guide, Alessandro, didn't take us to Lagos or Albufeira as the tour itinerary stated. We didn't go to Lagos, according to him, because it was too windy and all the boat trips had been canceled. We also missed the trip to the Benagil Caves; we only went in the end because I insisted. TLDR: fun & relaxing, but be mindful of the season! We went in early March and it was a bit cold, but still very fun. Our drive (Sandro) and guide (Hilton) were both fantastic, kind, and knowledgeable. We couldn’t visit the Benagil caves because of the weather & high tides, but we got extra time in Portimão and Albufeira instead. The Lagos boat tour (€25 per person) was super fun, but it is a small boat (beware of seasickness). Also beware that some places will only be open in the summer!

El tour menciona la visita de 4 lugares y 2 actividades. Solo visitamos 3 y solo 1 actividad. Falta de conocimiento del guía, da poca información sobre que hacer y dónde comer en los lugares visitados con tiempo libre. Camioneta incomoda para carretera y no servía bien el aire acondicionado. Los lugares visitados son hermosos! El viaje vale la pena

Estubimos más de 6 horas en el coche que hacía el tour. Los chicos que lo conducian eran muy majos y amables, sólo destacar que llegó a ir a una velocidad de 170 km/h, nada seguro para el pasajero... Paramos 3 veces, una para ver las rocas típicas de la costa de Algarve (25€ no incluidos) vas con una barquita pequeña que marea un poco. La segunda vez paramos en la cueva de Benagil (20€ no incluidos), también con una barquita pequeña, no miran la hora que es y si la marea ya esta alterada y sube.

We spent over six hours in the tour car. The guys driving were very nice and friendly. The only thing I should mention is that they reached speeds of up to 170 km/h, which was not safe for the passenger. We stopped three times, once to see the typical rocks of the Algarve coast (€25 not included). You go on a small boat, which makes it a bit seasick. The second time, we stopped at the Benagil Cave (€20 not included), also with a small boat. They don't check the time or if the tide is already rough and rising.

I booked this tour through the Civitatis app, and it was advertised as being done in English. My voucher confirmed it as well The night before the tour, I got an email saying it would be in Spanish, and the guide didn't speak much English. By then, it was too late to cancel, so I went anyway. We also weren't given enough time to kayak into the caves.

El chofer Sandro muy bien. Hablaba portugués pero de esforzaba por hablar español. Mal por parte del proveedor ya que nos quedamos sin entrar en la cueva de benagil porque nos quedamos sin entradas. Si vas en un tour se supone que es para que te den facilidades y no quedarme sin entrar en la cueva. Mi reserva fue para entrar allí no para verla desde arriba. Por las demás visitas todo genial

The driver, Sandro, was very good. He spoke Portuguese but struggled to speak Spanish. It was a shame on the part of the provider, as we were unable to enter the Benagil Cave because we didn't have tickets. If you go on a tour, it's supposed to be so they can make things easier for you so you don't miss out on entering the cave. My reservation was to go in there, not to see it from above. As for the other tours, everything was great.

Fue una excelente experiencia! Definitivamente la repetiría!! El tiempo estuvo bien distribuido, al ser un grupo pequeño íbamos en un transporte muy cómodo, Douglas (el guía) estuvo genial! Dio buenas recomendaciones, hizo paradas en puntos estratégicos para descansar y comer algo, supo guiarnos por la zona y respetó bien los tiempos libres. L’alvarge è bellissima, ma è stato veramente un peccato aver speso 200 euro senza poter fare il giro nelle varie grotte. Nella descrizione c’era scritto che si poteva, pagando le escursioni sul posto! Invece non è stato possibile, eviterei di scriverlo nella descrizione del tour! È stato veramente un peccato! Un tour in Algarve senza entrare nella grotta di Benagil????
