Muy bien la organización.Me contactaron un día antes para chequear punto de encuentro. El dia de la excursión con Ariadna resultó muy organizado, el bus de 2 pisos y Lucca el chófer muy amable. Es una excursión para poder ver rápido Florencia, unas 2 hs y media. Luego Pisa 1 hora, optamos pagar el trencito que te acerca desde el parking por 5€ ida y vuelta con el grupo porque sino es demasiado justo el timing. La excursión es genial para los cruceristas, ves por fuera todos los monumentos y lugares importantes y a tiempo para volver al barco. El guia Ignacio es una pasada, nos dió mapas con rutas para no perdernos nada y creó un grupo de difusión de wasap. El unico inconveniente es que el punto de recogida es en el centro de Livorno y deberia ser fuera de la terminal de cruceros, porque para llegar al centro tienes que pagar taxi, autobús o algún tranporte. IMPORTANTE: el barco no nos permitió desembarcar hasta las 9:30 y para llegar al punto tuvimos que coger un taxi y casi perdemos la excursión, hubo gente que quedo desembarcando y perdió la excursión, esto no puede ser, tendría que adaptarse la excursión al desembarco, o tener un minibus preparado para llevar a los que no puedan desembarcar.
