Todo segùn lo esperado. El guía relataba informaciónn interesante (en español e inglés) durante el viaje y luego dejaba que cada uno haga su experiencia en el lugar. Eso es muy positivo. Los lugares valen la pena visitarlos, pero no con la Agencia, que fue con la que tercerizo el servicio Civitatis. El guía Josh, poco responsable, estuvo a punto de dejarnos e irse en la salida en Londres, cuando minutos antes nos habiamos registrado con él junto a mi esposa, y el mismo nos indico el lugar de los sanitarios. El tour contratado en castellano, fue liderado por el guía Josh que hablaba un castellano rudimentario, y las explicaciones en detalle las brindaba en ingles.

La activdad consiste en 3 horas en Bath y 1 hora en Stonehedge. El guía Josh era inglés pero tenía buen manejo del español y todo el tour fue intercalando las explicaciones entre los dos idiomas. Lo único "malo" fue que al terminar la excursión en Bath tenia que llegar otro bus a buscarnos porque el primero tenia problemas y se demoro. tuvimos un retraso de nuestro vuelo y no pudimos llegar a la excursion, fuimos al otro dia, y nos volvieron a cobrar para llevarnos en un bus que no iba lleno, habia mucho lugar. o sea me salio carisimo. pero no importa subimos, nos toco en el tour en espanol, apolonia una chica italiana, a medias lenguas le entendi la mitad, no hizo referencias hsitoricas, es mas hacia chiste y le restaba importancia a los datos historicos y a los lugares. bienvenidos a un monton de piedras stonehenge. triste

Our flight was delayed and we couldn't make it to the excursion. We went the next day, and they charged us again to take us on a bus that wasn't full; there was plenty of room. Los lugares son impresionantes pero el tienpo asignado es de menos de 1 hora para Winsor, 1 hora y media para los otros dos sitios por lo cual falta tiempo para recorrer. En la excursión que habia reservado era solo para Stonegehence y Bath y a ultimo momento me la cambiaron por los 3 sitios. Hubiese preferido la excursión original. The sites are impressive but the time allocated is less than 1 hour for Windsor, 1 hour and a half for the other two sites, so there is not enough time to explore. Estaba bien organizada y Pedro, el guía, nos explicaba las visitas en el autobús. Sin embargo nos faltó ver la casa de Jane Austen que el sí mencionó que pasaríamos a verla, y sinceramente, no sabemos el motivo por el que no fuimos. Si bien la excursion se cumplió en la totalidad tuvimos varios temas a resaltar: 1) Decía que era en ESPAÑOL y fue en Inglés con algo de Español 2) En el lugar de la partida no había espacio para que el colectivo aparcara y por ende salimos media hora tarde 3) Nos dijeron que estaban chequéanos que había retrasos en las rutas y fuimos por una ruta que tardamos 38 minutos mas por retrasos. 4) El guía le ponía toda la buena intension per: I) el vehículo era nuevo y no sabían como regular el Aire

Although the excursion was completed in its entirety, we had several issues to highlight: 1) It said it was in SPANISH and it was in English with some Spanish 2) At the departure point there was no space for the bus to park and therefore we left half an hour late 3) They told us they were checking that there were delays on the routes and we went on a route that took 38 minutes longer due to delays. 4) The guide was very intentional but: I) the vehicle was new and they did not know how to regulate the air

La verdad que para el precio que tiene nos esperábamos mucho más por parte del guía. En el autocar la excursión era en inglés y español y se notaba de lejos que no explicaba lo mismo, sin entender inglés me decepcionó que no le pusiera tanto interés a las explicaciones en castellano, sin olvidad que la mitad de cosas por palabras sueltas que oía no las dijo. Te dan las entradas tanto de las termas como de Stonehenge pero en los lugares no explican nada. Y encima piden propina al acabar, flipante

The truth is that for the price we expected a lot more from the guide. On the bus the tour was in English and Spanish and it was obvious from a distance that he didn't explain the same things. Without understanding English I was disappointed that he didn't put as much interest into the explanations in Spanish, not to mention that half of the things I heard were just words he didn't say. They give you tickets for both the hot springs and Stonehenge but they don't explain anything at the sites. And on top of that they ask for a tip at the end, amazing.
