Nos citaron 5 15 en la estación St pancras internacional pero absolutamente nadie llegó …. Todo el grupo tuvimos que tomar el tren por decisión propia ya que si no lo perdíamos, se supone que contratamos o pagamos por un servicio para que os orienten y al final nos dejan solos MAL! cuando llegamos a Paris todo perfecto las guías súper atentas de ahí no tengo ninguna queja …. We were told to meet at St. Pancras International Station for 5:15, but absolutely no one showed up... The whole group had to take the train by choice, because otherwise we would have missed it. You're supposed to hire or pay for a service to provide guidance, and in the end they left you alone. BAD! When we arrived in Paris, everything was perfect. The guides were super attentive, so I have no complaints at all... Opinion translated. Show original.

The bus only had an audio recording for tour info, and it didn't seem to be in sync with the sights we were seeing. Another bus tour I did with a different company had the tour guide on the bus with a microphone, and it was a much better experience. Everything else was fine though.

Overall a great way to see Paris from London in one day. Only complaints were that the trip was supposed to have fast pass entry into the Eiffel Tower and the Luvre but we were placed in the standard queues so we had to wait quite long to get into both. This reduced the number of things that we could do at each attraction.

To improve: - Stuff arrived late at the meeting point and landline provided wasn’t working - meeting time too in advance, we had to wait in the station for 1:30 hours before departure - stuff said the underground tickets were valid for the whole day,but they weren’t - hop on hop off map and leaflet describing the first bus stop provided were wrong/not up-to-date - train seats were not next to each other - it should have been more clearly represented that the bus wes going to be open

In hop-on hop-off modality, buses are always open to be able to see the most of the cities on your trip. Nowhere is indicated train tickets will be next to each other, though we try our best if its possible to provide. We are very sorry this activity didn't fulfill your expectations. Hubo un problema de información en el horario de reunirse con el guía (me informaron que estuviera a las 530 y el guía llegó 720) ademas se informa que el viaje comenzaba a las 6 am y el ticket de Eurostar era a las 7! Hay también una diferencia horaria con París. Yo pregunté expresamente (para organizar el día en París hora de llegada. Me dijeron sobre las 8 y. Llegamos sobre las 10! Por otro lado el señor que entrega pasajes y demáses y da instrucciones no hablaba español. Ruego mejorar esto

Muchas gracias por tus comentarios. Sentimos mucho los inconvenientes en el punto de encuentro. En la descripción de la actividad se indica la duración del tour para que los participantes puedan planificarse. Por otro lado la opción low cost no incluye el servicio de guía en español. ¡Deseamos que a pesar de todo disfrutaras del tour!

Falta de información que permita poder organizar y optimizar el tiempo disponible. Qué hay diferencia horaria (1+) y que hay que hacer migraciones una hora antes de la salida; no son datos menores. Muy sacrificado para ver poco. Igual a mis hijos que no conocían les encantó.

Quedamos en el punto de encuentro con el guía a las 5:15 a.m y no se presentó. Llamo el grupo al teléfono de contacto del tour y nos indicaron que accediésemos al tren y no esperásemos. A las 6 a.m. el guía nos contactó por que tenía nuestras tarjetas para los viajes durante el día en Paris del metro, no nos las pudo dar y tuvimos que pagar los viajes. Nadie ha contactado con nosotros para disculparse o dar explicaciones, nosotros si escribimos un email que no ha tenido respuesta al tour.

We met at the meeting point with the guide at 5:15 am and he did not show up. The group called the tour contact number and they told us to get on the train and not wait. At 6 am the guide contacted us because he had our cards for the day trips on the Paris metro, he could not give them to us and we had to pay for the trips. Cómo es posible que NADIE de la empresa nos recibiera en París? Así fue!!! Desde Londres nos indicaron que habría personal con uniforme y banderin para identificamos e iniciar.... Por más de 50 min esperamos y nadie llegó por nosotros, iniciamos todo por nuestra cuenta y hasta casi dos horas después pudimos contactarnos con alguien de la empresa que nos contactaron y pudimos realizar el resto del tour. Nos perdimos la mitad del recorridl

How is it possible that NO ONE from the company met us in Paris? That's right! From London, they told us there would be staff in uniform and carrying a pennant to identify us and get us started. We paid for a guided tour with tickets to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. We were told that someone will meet us on the platform but no one was there. We were mislead by this company and were left to find our own way on the hop on hop off bus tour. We were not able to enter the Louvre nor the Eiffel Tower due to long lines. I will not recommend this company for false advertising.

The representative had us show up at 530, and he showed up an hour later leaving us without enough time to board. The majority of the people going were still in line when it was time for the train to depart. Complete disaster! They had to delay the train because of him, and Im not sure everyone was able to board.
