Si bien el precio era razonable y el hotel de recepcion aceptablemente bueno, el viajero se encuentra con poca asistencia y librado a su suerte desde la partida en King Cross. Las instrucciones de viaje son insuficientes y ya en Edimburgo ausencia total de asistencia. No obstante el viaje a Edimburgo me resulto satisfactorio por la hermosura de la Ciudad y a pesar del intenso frio. En conclusion: no se que cual es la ventaja de tomar el Tour cuando podría haber hecho lo mismo por mi cuenta.

La gente del servicio muy amable. El recorrido es lo suficientemente extenso pero el ultimo recorrido es antes de las 16 hrs y no da tiempo a disfrutar la ciudad como deberia

Me mandaron los boletos de tren un día de anticipación y la entrada al castillo. Hasta ahí todo en orden, pero el papel que recibí del bono mencionaba que tenía que llegar 30 minutos a la estación para ver al guía y estuve desde las 6:30 y nunca llego. Tome el tren y me encanto escocía. Pero definitivamente es un viaje para más días. En solo 5 horas y 10 de viaje no se aprecia mucho. Si deseas conocer y solo tienes un día adelante pero en lo personal no volvería a tomar este tour.

They sent me the train tickets a day in advance and the entrance to the castle. No hay ayuda ni guía, dice que te esperan en un punto específico pero no es así, tienes q estar pendiente del email q te envían las entradas, la verdad no es muy tour, es mejor comprar las entradas al tren y castillo personalmente ya que es lo único que te da el tour

Es muy poco tiempo. El autobús turístico no vale la pena. Mejor cambiar por un tour a pie por el centro de la ciudad. La castillo de Edimburgo sí vale la pena.

Se suponía que alguien debía llegar a la estación a entregar los tiquetes, un mapa de Edimburgo y recomendaciones, esa persona nunca llegó, llamé al número que indicaban en la reserva y nunca contestaron. Contacté a Civitatis por chat y tampoco hubo solución. Al final nosotros hablamos con funcionarios del tren y pudimos llegar a Edimburgo. Es mejor comprar los tiquetes y la entrada al castillo por nuestra cuenta y no pasar por esto.

Someone was supposed to arrive at the station to deliver the tickets, a map of Edinburgh and recommendations, that person never arrived, I called the number indicated in the reservation and they never answered. I contacted Civitatis by chat and there was no solution either. In the end we spoke with train officials and we were able to get to Edinburgh. It is better to buy the tickets and the entrance to the castle on our own and not go through this.

El problema es al querer acceder al Tren, no teniamos los tickets, solo nos llego un correo de civitasis recordando el evento y dando la instruccion de "Ver BONO" abres el bono y vienen folios, pero ese no es el boleto del Tren, mi esposo tuvo que marcar la empresa nos lo envió por correo. cabe resaltar que les escribí una noche antes para preguntar si ese BONO era el bueno para viajar y me contestaron que si. Lo demás muy bien!

A la salida de londres la persona del tour llegó tarde y tenía back pack Que tapaba todos los logos para identificarlo. Al regreso mi tren se canceló por huelga, por tel el operador local no sabía que hacer, tomé otro tren otra compañía y debo solicitar reembolso pues tuve que pagarlo directo. No había asistencia en español , pude hacerlo en inglés pero el tour se ofrece en español . Tal vez vale la pena hacerlo de manera independiente y no con agencia, pues además el tren de la mañana tarde
