La visita a los estudios nos encantó , siendo muy recomendable . Por su parte la agencia de viajes que lo gestiona nos pareció que podría mejorar bastante su trato al público. La señorita que gestionaba el tour en la parada de Baker street debía tener un mal día porque fue bastante desagradable en general con todos los clientes. Además en su información dicen que son siete horas de tour pero dentro de los estudios solo te dan 3:45 h y en ningún momento lo explican quedando corto de tiempo. Excelente experiencia, la visita es genial pero faltaría agregar mínimo una hora más, nosotros no tuvimos tiempo ni de sentarnos un rarito a tomar algo porque hay demora y no íbamos a llegar. No recomiendo el auto guia porque si queres escuchar todo no llegas, entre que terminas de escuchar, te sacas las cosas para la foto pasa mucho tiempo.

El autobús fue puntual, salimos a las 8.30 de la mañana en punto. El chófer no aportó ningún extra, ni a la ida ni a la vuelta. El trayecto fue cómodo y rápido, se ve que no debía haber mucho tráfico porque nosotros pudimos estar en los estudios más de 4 horas. Como comentario, la mayoría de las pantallas que tienen los asientos para poder ver la peli de camino no funcionan y creo que es un mal de esta empresa ya que en otra excursión con ellos nos pasó exactamente lo mismo. Wc no funcionaba en la recepción. Autobús llega 15 minutos tarde (la hora de la oferta no coincidía con la hora oficial de salida que ponía en la recepción). Chapuza de CIVITATIS. ELa multimedia del bus no funcionaba. No estaba conectada en todo el bus. A la vuelta, falta de puntualidad. Nos dijeron 14.25 y hasta las 14.30 no salió. En resumen: organización tercermundista. Los estudios Harry Potter, fabtásrucos.

La experiencia en el autobús ha sido excelente. Pero son pocas horas para estar en los estudios. Tienes tiempo para verlo todo, evidentemente, pero vas una cosa detrás de la otra sin pararte mucho y algunas las pasas muy rápido. A la salida está la tienda, que ocupa también un buen rato, especialmente si vas con niños, que van mirándolo todo. La verdad que espectacular lo único falta de tiempo 12:45 tuvimos que ir a buscar autobús y no te da tiempo de verlo detalladamente pienso que lo que vale la entrada merece verlo al detalle y el autobús que nos llevó incómodo y encima las pantallas de entretenimiento no iban bien .

La visita a los estudios Warner está genial pero los traslados se hacen muy largos por el intenso tráfico que hay. Y realmente para ver los estudios te dejan no llega a cuatro horas y, teniendo en cuenta la gente que hay, no te puedes entretener mucho. De parar a comer algo, imposible, si no no acabas la visita. El autobús, a la ida todo bien, pero a la vuelta estaba sucio y lleno de papeles en el suelo y los asientos. Y como petición, que pongan un poco más bajo el aire acondicionado por favor

La visita a la exposición muy bien. Mala Organizacion transporte, en la hoja indicaba parada de bus y había que ir a una oficina a hacer el cheking (info no disponible) además imponían hora de vuelta con pulseritas con un tiempo muy limitado que no permitía ver todo. Creo que esto deberían modificarlo ya que en 7 h descontado tiempos de viaje,lo que resta aprox 4 horas no da para ver nada. Eso debería suprimirse. El bus puso peli a la ida pero no a la vuelta. Me pareció un poco caro para el servicio que ofrecen que en definitiva se limita al transporte. El autobús por fuera muy bonito. Dentro los asientos son algo incómodos y las tablets la mayoría no funcionaban bien. La parada fácil de encontrar y el personal que nos atendió bien. Los estudios son espectaculares pero muy masificado. Aconsejo llevar tu propia comida ya que allí es muy cara pero como todo en Londres. También no estaría mal que las explicaciones las dijesen en otros idiomas.

Tiempo de visita de los estudios escaso no da tiempo a pararse y sólo pudimos ir a la ultima tienda los ultimos minutos.Teníamos prevista la salida de Baker street, de las oficinas a las 14.00 y aunque nos mandaron estar 15 minutos antes no pasaron lista ni entregaron pulseras hasta en punto. Nos llevaron al grupo caminado hacia una calle en la que nos recogía el bus y salimos a las 14.25. A la recogida el autobús retrasó 15 minutos la salida, que a mi tb me hubiese gustado aprovechar.
