Nos llevaron en un autobús con techo , que no tenía nada navideño. No nos dieron los dulces navideños que ponía en la descripción y estuvimos más de media hora esperando. Ademas de no pedirnos ni el bono, que podríamos haber entrado sin pagar perfectamente

El bus vino con retraso y no era el que tiene la cubierta abierta,sino que era de plástico transparente por lo que no se veían bien las luces de noche. Además no se escuchaba bien la guía que explicaba cosas sobre la ruta y pedía interactuar con ella.

Hemos esperando 20 minutos para entrar al bus. Nos ha tocado asientos separados y a uno de nosotros en la parte del toldo donde no se veía nada. Podríais enumerar los asientos. Como cosa buena, que rectificaron y en vez de ponernos en el bus con techo en el que íbamos a ir en un principio, entraron en razón y fuimos en el sin techo

Reservamos 2 entradas para disfrutar de las luces juntos. Estábamos esperando con media hora de antelación. El personal organizador nos asignó los asientos separados y muy distantes entre si. Comentando esta queja, el autobús se pone en marcha, y solamente nos ofrecen parar, y bajarnos, abandonando la visita. Sin la vaga posibilidad de poder ir en el próximo autobús. Ilusión arruinada. Gracias por nada.

We booked 2 tickets to enjoy the lights together. We were waiting half an hour in advance. The organizing staff assigned us separate seats, very far from each other. En general todo fue decepcionante... el autobús no parecía navideño, un poquito de decoración no habría sobrado... la música sólo sonaba de vez en cuando... la voz de la elfa era desganada y hablaba bajito, y sin ningún entusiasmo navideño... No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

Estuvo bien, pero pensamos que iba a hacer el trayecto para ver las luces de centro… es decir canalejas y toda esa zona. No fue así, el trayecto es por barrio Salamanca, colon, y ya está.
